The only thing we didn't like was the parking because we had to pay for parking and there was no place to load or unload bags at the door due to the inability to drive in old Pienza.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, although technically not included with the room, was excellent. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean and the location in the heart of old town Pienza was perfect for walking anywhere.

Our stay in Pienza has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful Roberta, whose kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. Both sisters are amazing! The apartment is beautifully decorated, perfectly located, and impeccably clean. We were especially enchanted by the stunning garden true oasis of peace and beauty. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for this wonderful experience. We hope to return one day!

It was located right in the centre - just a few yards from the Duomo. It’s very comfortable, clean, quiet and offers the ideal place to explore Pienza The breakfast was a feast for the eyes as well as being substantial.

From the moment Roberta opened the door, we felt at home. The suite was so perfect for a relaxing getaway. La Chiocarella was tastefully decorated and met all our expectations. The accommodations are spotlessly clean; comfortable bed and beautiful on-suite. The breakfast included a variety of fresh pastries, assorted fruit, juices coffees and teas to eat in or enjoy in their wonderful garden. The memories of our stay here will last a lifetime!

The description has kitchen facilities. This is not a private kitchen though, but guests have access to the common kitchen and a small fridge. I'm sure this is genuine mistake and not a misrepresentation. It would be good to clarify this in the description though.

The location of this apartment is perfect, the room is clean and spacious, with beautiful ceiling frescoes. The host (Roberta) is super nice and helpful. She met us at the parking (which is always a problem in the centre of Italian towns), helped to deliver the luggage to the room and suggested a few parking options nearby including a free one. Chiocarella boasts a small typical Italian garden where guests can enjoy meal or just relax. The AC unit works fine and is very helpful in hot days. The price is adequate.

We struggled with the bed but that’s personal preference I guess.

Location was perfect. Quiet but only a very short walk to the restaurants, wine bars and attractions/sites. The property was probably one of the best we have stayed in. Location 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Lovely breakfast and coffee inside or in a small courtyard outside 10/10 Great size room and shower toilet etc 10/10. Lots of towels and soaps 10/10.
