We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PortugalThe breakfast was a bit poor, considering that I was in Italy I expected more offer of different cheeses, typical sweets and fruit. what was presented to us would be as simple as possible, giving the feeling of little interest/willingness to set up a breakfast that would please the tourist. The receptionist did not speak English and wanted to keep our national identification cards (I still don't know why) and only after our insistence to return them he photocopied them and returned to us. The access to the hotel is limited by taxi, so, if you want an affordable trip using public transport this is not the ideal hotel, as we are used to walk we ended up walking from the center of albano to the hotel, big mistake , the path is almost 2km uphill, with luggage and heat...
The old and quaint style of the building was beautiful.

GermanyVery noisy if you have the room on the same floor with reception. Ask for another floor if you want quiet rooms! The breakfast was very limited. At checkout we had to wait 20min because nobody was available at the reception, this at 9am.
