Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very modest breakfast. Omelette and sausages. Coffee is tasteless, no juices. Muesli is the cheapest. A few pastries.
Top location in the city center right on the walking street! Marina in 5 mins, Old town in 10 mins, a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops around. Historical builing, very interesting artefacts and books in lobby.

Room was on a noisy street, so impossible to have window open at night. No instructions for air conditioning.
Great location - easy walk from station and to the port for boat to Amalfi coast. Very close to historic centre with great atmosphere and lots of good restaurants.

The bed was really horrible, i never experienced so bad bed (only in my room, in the other room it was good) . Breakfast is ok, but some of the things are poor quality, once i got stomach ache right after it. Coffee is very good. The construction on the road is very disturbing, but its not the hotel fault.
Room was ok, it was exceptional clean, everyday a deep cleaning and filling all stuff so that i never experienced such service before.. location is very good, personal is friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a major road construction right in front of the hotel which was obviously going on for some months now. The noise was inevitable and of course very disturbing. Our room was smaller than we expected and our only window was facing other buildings' windows so we asked the front desk to charge it but since the hotel was very busy they told us that they could give us another room couple of days later. We simply didn't want to move after staying 3 days in this room ( we stayed 6 days in total) One of the major problems we experienced was to find a parking spot. The first 2 nights, we parked in private parking areas and ended up paying 28 € and 30 € for each night we parked. The rest of the days, we drove around the hotel couple of times just to be able find a parking spot. Most of the time, we ended up walking 10 minutes to the hotel from where we parked.
Very, very clean hotel. . The staff was always ready to help, Daniela made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was so good, I am afraid I put some extra weight. The staff at the breakfast area were constantly waiting for the guests and the buffet to make sure everything is OK. The room was very clean and all lights and A/C controls were digital and very High-tech. It took us a few trials to learn but they sure made life much more comfortable. The location could not be any better. All the good restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The street in front of the hotel is under heavy construction so the street is fenced off and sidewalk is narrow and difficult to manage with bags. There’s a good amount of street noise in the evening due to the central location, but the windows muted most of it.
Centrally located property in Salerno with shops, restaurants and sights nearby. Wonderfully varied full breakfast. Basic but very comfortable room. Single bed was larger than expected and very comfortable.

It would have been helpful, previous to our arrival, to be informed that the streets around the hotel were impassable due to construction. Also, that the night of our arrival was part of an annual festival when streets were packed and taxi’s were unavailable. Walking through narrow, constricted sidewalks dragging suitcases through crowds from the train station to the hotel was no pleasure.

The walls are quite thin, so the room can be a little noisy depending on your neighbours
Very good position in the city centre, close to the sea, main monuments, restaurants and shops. Kind personnel and waiters. Clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast with good choice (Italian and international as well)

We liked everything but provision of proper cups in the room alongside the kettle would be much nicer and more environmentally sustainable than paper cups.
Great location between the station and the charming main square. There are lots of eating options close to the hotel. Proximity to trains, ferries and buses make it a great base for exploring the Amalfi and Naples area. The road works outside are a bit disruptive but will provide lovely new paving and improved access when complete. The work is imperceptible inside the hotel. The room we had was spacious and well designed with plenty of storage and useable space. The bed was comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with excellent choice. Over the weekend great coffee was made on request. This is a very nice touch.

The only issue I had was a phone ringing at exactly 11:00 AM to alert it was time to check out. I would think checking out a few minutes past 11:00 would not need an alert or reminder it was time to check out.

Quite expensive, and charged for water in the fridge (small reason but no signage which seems unfair for an expensive hotel!).
