No Pool, just a small hot tub. Lake was across a busy street.

The breakfast was lovely, with fresh juice. Marta and the young men were amazing to deal with. Lovely hotel with renovated bathrooms.

Shower flooded the room. Room was small. Parking was tight. Not many amenities for the room- just soap for the room; no coffee maker.

Despite having telephoned the hotel on the morning of our stay, and being told that dinner was available and served to 20:45, we arrived at 20:50 to be told by the receptionist that dinner serving ended at 20:00. We had been given wrong information by a receptionist at another hotel covering the phone, it seems. After a long journey and drive from Venice, we then had to get in the car again to drive out for an evening meal.

Excellent breakfast on terrace with wonderful views of Lake Garda. Hotel has own swimming jetty with easy access, just across the road. Clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom facilities, and outdoor garden with hot tub. Staff were helpful and tried to accommodate us, within limitations of the hotel provision./

The hotel was in a beautiful location, and although there were other hotels close by it was still relatively quiet. There is a small town about 15 min walk away with a handful of restaurants and shops. We used public transport to get there, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The buses make it easy to travel along the lake to other towns if you're not driving. The room was more modern than we were expecting, the TV was a smart TV which was handy as all the channels were German. The hotel has a private jetty into the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lake Garda was beautiful!

Busy road to cross but not a major drawback for us. People with young children likely should be prepared though.

Stunning location, short walk on the promenade to Castelletto for restaurants and water taxi access. The perfect place to spend a week relaxing.

The staff was nice but unprofessional. We had to ask for everything twice at breakfast. They forgot it the first time. AC was very weak. In one of the rooms, the AC did not work properly because the balcony door couldn't shut, and this turned the AC off. We informed the staff of this on the first day, but they did not fix it (we stayed for 7 nights). The pictures at the website are a bit confusing as the lakeside road separates the hotel from the lakeshore and it can be quite risky to cross the road to the shore. We would definitely choose a better place to stay next time.

The view of the lake was spectacular. The rooms were very clean, and there was a nice jet tub on the lawn. Breakfast was OK.

Staff were welcoming, hotel and room great. One minor mishap, they forgot to leave a towel and rubbish bin in the room though they were very apologetic about that.

The staff didn’t make us feel welcome, most tables are set with names of the guests on however on the second day we were told to find our own table, this theme continued during our stay. We were also informed by email that we could store personal beverages in their fridge behind the bar as we were told not to use the fridge in the room as it was sensitive and we would be charged for opening the door. We went to place our drinks in the fridge behind the bar on the second day only to be abruptly informed that this was not allowed.l despite showing them the email sent a few days prior.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Once you cross the main road in front of the hotel you are on a promenade which takes you to some nice restaurants on the waterfront.

The view from our balcony was outstanding!!🥰 The receptionist was the nicest person ever and the breakfast was also great, really tasty and had a lot of things to choose from!🫶🏼 I’d dedinately recommend :)

We chose this hotel because they had a sea view room available, but the staff double booked our room and would only give us a room without balcony or lake view. the staff apologized for the mistake but did not offer us anything thing else for the inconvenience.

This is an amazing location on the lake shore. There is a road between the hotel and the lake but this doesn’t spoil the view in any way. There is a private jetty with sun beds stretching into the lake which you can swim from. We sat there with an Aperol and felt we were in heaven! The receptionist (sorry I can’t recall her name) was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious and looked almost new. Bathrooms are extremely well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Ample space to sit on the balcony admiring the amazing lake views. It is just a pleasant 15 minute stroll along a beautiful, well lit lake lakeside path to the nearest village which was very picturesque and had quite a few good restaurants. One day we drove a further 10 minutes along the lake to the nearest ferry point and spent a relaxing day hopping on and off. Breakfast was good and can be taken sitting in the terrace. We’d highly recommend this hotel as an ideal base to relax and explore Lake Garda.
