The private bathroom being across the hallway but that's a small price to pay for being in such a beautiful building and location. Not a complaint, just something for others to be aware of.

It is a beautiful space, very well located in Citta Alta. The convenient location makes it easy to get around. The garden was beautiful, loved being able to take a break in the there. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety and very friendly staff.

Drainage smell in the bathroom, shower only from above, the stupid American shower style - why that in Bergamo? The location, the breakfast and the stuff all very good.

A beautiful property 2min from central street, still very quite. The best part was the garden where we had our meals, including the famous Bergamo focaccia from around the corner. Very pleased with the stay:)

It might have been me, but I wasn't as clear on how to get to the hotel from the train station as I could have been. I figured out the bus, and all was well - but was not clear on the fact that taxis are largely non-existent.

Breakfast was delicious, and Claudia was welcoming and helpful with suggestions for what to do - even on a rainy weekend.

Authentic and historic Bergamo. Central to old city. Friendly and welcoming host Daniele who provided assistance when needed. Friendly breakfast staff Andrea and Claudia, happy to have a conversation with us. Daniele you have two very nice people (Andrea and Claudia) who greet you with friendliness each morning at breakfast and made us feel at home. The breakfast and coffee was so nice. Typical Italian foods as expected. Large room with plenty of space and wonderful views of the Bergamo hills. We will always remember our stay in Bergamo especially our short acquaintance with you and your staff. Grazie mille ❤️

The room advertises soap and shampoo, but it is a liquid combination that is provided. Probably not an issue for men, but it is usually not a good option for women's hair. While the 24hr drink station was great, the coffee maker only produced lukewarm coffee (tried 4 different times), I think the heating element may have gone bad on it.

The breakfast was wonderful, bathroom had great lighting (poor lighting has been a common issue over the years traveling Europe) and storage was plentiful.

The pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but quite honestly I've yet to sleep on one that wasn't!

The location was excellent, the room large and comfortable. The breakfast was a little lack lustre but perfectly adequate.

It was such a nice and cosy place, location was great, staff super helpful, the room was really pretty and the bed and everything in general super comfortable! Loved the breakfast too. The whole set up was welcoming and very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Oh and all the information and brochures/maps provided was perfect! Thank you!
