The Location was great, walking distance of basically everything in Como, and the port is only a few minutes away for day excursions. The staff were really friendly and I like the QR code for location information.

-When you use the word "luxury" I would expect more than just a nespresso machine and a fancy decoration. For the starters bathrobe, quality shampoos/soaps are essential which you can find even in basic hotels. In addition even though there was enough space there was no decent wardrobe and just open shelves which can get dusty. -There was no hanger for the body towels. -Even though the room was clean in general obviously they do not take dust of the walls as you can see in the photos. -There is a glass on the side between toilette and the room (unless there is a way to close it which I could not find) which is not very convenient, especially for such a "luxury", romantic room. -All in all even though it was a nice room/facility I do not think it deserves the name luxury and the value. We stayed in "broadway" room with street view (there was not much a view actually) thus I do not know the additional 40-50 EUR for the rooms with Duomo view is worth but for the next time I would spare the additional budget on the room price of EUR 235 for something else.

-Location was perfect; just in front of Duomo in the very centre. -Staff was very helpful, they helped us regarding the boat times and made suggestions for restaurants. Also the room was ready with the baby crib, before promised hour which was helpful as we had our 1 year old baby with us. -The room was nice with out of the box decoration. -Size of the room was more than regular.

Full of character! Whimsically decorated room with lovely little luxury touches. Stunning location opposite Duomo, open the windows and soak in the sounds of Como. Easy walk to station and ferry. Friendly, helpful staff, made early arrival a breeze.

As there was no parking on site, we had to park in a car pork a short walk from the hotel. The car park was really expensive - €100 for 3 nights! Maybe the hotel could find a more affordable alternative for its guests?

A charming and very centrally located place to stay! We were worried it would be loud because of the bustling location, but we didn't hear a thing. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Location fantastic, opposite the cathedral, right in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops and about a 5 minute.walk from the ferry terminal. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and really helpful staff.... Fantastic interior design , really comfy beds and bathroom fantastic. We had 3 days in como, which wasn't enough and will definitely return and stay at the vitrum

There is no separate restaurant for breakfast, but it is not necessary, because a few steps away is the most famous bakery with the most delicious croissants.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is an elevator. Common parts are good. The rooms are quiet.

Amazing rooms right in front of the cathedral and piazza. Good Restuarants downstairs into the piazza. The rooms were exactly as depicted in the photos. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended if in the area. Short walk to the waterfront and no noise inside the rooms. 15min brisk walk to railway station.

unfortunately the steam-room function didn't work. Which was a true shame, it even asks you kindly to mention any malfunction.. I assume the previous Tennant(s) didn't try it out and therefore we sat there and waited for it to work. ! but once we mentioned it the staff was super nice and they offered us an upgrade to the best room available at basic rate the next time we come by ! What a great reaction and we will looking very much forward staying there again, as we would've anyway :) Great Hotel, great and super clean rooms. 10 /10

location couldn't be any better - we had the side windows and there was almost no noise... plus the windows are extremely noise proof. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside

We had the opportunity to meet the owners. The effort and care that they put into this project is so interesting. Just go and see, the access stairs are so well integrated in the main volume. You would have a better experience if you take a room with the main plaza view or have a Turkish bath in your room.

Faucet was high rise type. Just dont like them as always in your face. Just personal preference.
