Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI didn’t like the first rooms they gave us… thankfully MILO from reception hooked us up and got us a much better room with shower and AC. Dont expect a luxurious hotel but VERY clean and super affordable and great location

The receptionist was an amazing and welcoming gentleman ! The dinner and the breakfast was spectacular as well as the waiters! Bath was also charming.

United KingdomWork was going on it was very noisy .the room you could hear everything in the next rooms. Breakfast was very basic. The reception said we needed swim cap's in the pools, but we saw only one person with them! We were checked out by the breakfast waiter who forgot to give us our passports, which when we realised we were on the train to Rome . Thank goodness for the owner of the room in Rome who sorted them out for us.
The location was nice, very busy with traffic when out walking . It was spotless clean.

United StatesThere was a man Called Donato at the bar and pool area Super rude to my 8 years old closed a door in her face and did not let her pass the day before I asked him for 5 towels as we were going to use the pool and he asked me why I need 5 towels when I was only one person and he refused to give me the towels the lady at the reception brought the towels with a baby in her hands in my opinion that Donato needs to be fired and get a job in the jungle as he does not know how to treat guess. He was also saying rude words. I totally lost my cool when he did that to my 8 years old daughter. And will never return to that hotel in my life and definitely because of him will not recommend it either
The receptionist were really lovely a man and a woman made everything to accommodate us family of 5. They were both really nice. The cleaning lady was very friendly too.

Czech RepublicEverything was amazing from arrival till departure. We loved the place, the food and we would like to give special thanks to recepcionist (the guy with blue shirt). He gave us many advises where to go, how to go and was really friendly! Thank you! Also special thanks to our favorite waiter (he knows) when we did not like sea food or other food he provided us with another meal - always with smile on his face. We will comeback for sure!

United StatesThe beds were a little uncomfortable.
-The staff, especially Benjamin, were incredibly thoughtful and gave great advice on transportation, activities, and food. -The hotel was a short 5 minutes walk from the main bus lines (line 1, line 2, CS/CD) and 10 minutes from downtown Forio. -Dinner and breakfast both tasted excellent. -The view from our room looked over a small orchard with birds flying around, and we could see a bit of the sea.
