Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The gardens containing the lounge and swimming pool are so beautiful. Our “small double” room was very comfortable and well appointed.

This was our first time in Bolzano and we loved the city. Parkhotel Mondschein was the perfect choice. Its location in the historical center made it easy to navigate the city. The hotel is reminiscent of a bygone era. Although it’s dated the accommodations are wonderful . Our room was large , bright, extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar, both indoors and out ,with coffee in the AM and an aperitivo in the late afternoon . This added to the hotel’s charm. The staff are remarkably friendly and welcoming. The attached parking garage is very convenient .The only issue we found was initially locating the hotel by car. Our GPS kept wanting to bring us into ZLT zones . We finally called the hotel and were instructed to use the garage as our destination not the hotel. We just wish we had known that sooner.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, we enjoyed the gym, sauna and Pilates classes. The hotel itself has the most beautiful art deco design. Overall could not have had a better experience here!

Few things don't work need around hotel. An example was tap in our bathroom was loose. Hotel needs refreshing with paint. Breakfast is very expensive, plenty of options in the town itself. Smells of smoke in room at some points.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay there. The stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful. We arrived on my wifes birthday and they made us an upgrade for a bigger room - It was very kind of them. The room was very clean, everything in perfect condition. Also very quiet . We enjoyed sauna every evening After a long day in the Mountains and Luna bar has super cozy vibes. The location Is very comfortable - in the city center, but close tò the train station.

Our room windows went to the parking and it was noisy in the night.

Great clean room for two people, friendly staff, perfect location. Center is in the walking distance. Additional thanks for your tea, we liked it a lot. During xmas celebration the hotel territory was impressively decorated.

They turn off the boiler from midnight to 6am so we woke up from the cold. You have to request a blanket in advance but we didn’t know.

Very lovely and relaxing and authentic hotel. There’s a garden and room is large. Restaurant is really good. Breakfast is great everything baked fresh. There’s also sauna included.

The price was high. I would not pay €25 for breakfast-too much in NZ$ but there were supermarkets and cheaper restaurants very close by. The TV was also in a weird position and you could not really see from bed.

The hotel was outstanding. A really nice room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean and I would definitely stay again. The bed was also comfortable.
