A waiter at the restaurant was drunk and spilled wine everywhere on the table, he kept complaining about the job and the remote location he was working at. Not our problem!!

Away from everything, you may have all meals at the restaurant (very poor choice and bad taste) or drive to the next villages, 20’ away.

In the summer they could keep the outdoor pool open a bit later, also the indoor spa area is only open until 6pm and that’s too early. Two more hours would allow to make a better use of the facilities. The restaurant could use more variation in the menu. We stayed 4 nights and they had the same 3 things every night. Also food quality not good enough for a 4 star hotel. Especially in an area in the middle of nowhere Where are you have to drive 20 minutes in windy roads to get to any other place.

Beautiful location in the Tuesday countryside, large rooms and very big bathroom.

Lovely staff, gorgeous rooms and spacious family accommodation. A real treat for our 3 night visit. Would love to go back. Full aircon, great outdoor spa facilities, convenient restaurant and bar services.

Since there are no nearby amenities, it's essential to have a car if you want to explore the nearby cities or dine outside the hotel's restaurant. However, the hotel's menu is good.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The front office team and the restaurant staff are incredibly customer-focused and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is nestled in the heart of nature, offering breathtaking views. We had a great experience

The breakfast was not good. Neither for vegetarians nor for Muslims. The fridge was warm. So they shouldn't call it a fridge. Both nights we stayed, my pillow was dirty and never god changed. There is no way in or outside the Hotel area where dogs can run and play or just go for a walk since the Hotel is right next to a highway area.That's not good. One of the pool guards was unfriendly when he saw me entering the indoor pool area with my dog to go to the outside pool. Sorry. But there is no information about where or where not to enter with dog. The upgrade for 35 Euros a day for a balcony? Not worth it. Other Hotels we were, the outside pools u could at least use until midnight. This one closes at 7 pm. Ridiculous. We asked about some tourist stuff around the area. The girl at the reception didn't know anything. After we checked in, in Saturnia Tuscany Hotel we got the information about the Terme di Patriolo, which was like 2 km away from this Hotel. Stupid!

The Spa is amazing. The lunch at the pool area was perfect. The room size and the shower were great. Even with a dog. The lady who gave us a massage was so nice and the massage was really good. Too expensive though compared to our 4 other Hotel massages we had during our vacation.

I think the male staff at the restaurant and breakfast need more training and a bit of motivation, the female staff were all very prepared and enthusiastic.

The hotel was spotless and very nice, keeping a hotel this big so clean and well kept is impressive. The rooms big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice and well priced. The young lad singing durning our aperitif was phenomenal and made the evening even more enjoyable. Lovely pools with plenty of space for everyone.

I would have preferred a larger menu for a restaurant. We were in a very low season but still the choice of food could be better.

Very good thermal hotel with very friendly staff. The pools are excellent, both indoors and outdoors. Rooms are large and well furnished. Good linens and bathrobes. Everyday cleaning is fast and perfect.

Great pools in the spa. Hotel is old but very well kept. We stayed in two superior rooms that were large and beautiful. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Nice staff at reception. Good variety at breakfast .

Relaxing and exciting at the same time! Staff is professional and very kind. We got upgraded and the room was huge. Despite being next to the highway there is not much noise due to the position of the building and well glazed windows. Beds are comfortable. Food is excellent but a pit pricey. Everything is very clean. The pools and water facilites are versatile and immaculate.

Pool complex opens it at 10am so if you are an en early riser and would.llike to do your bathing ritual before breakfast then this 10am doesn't suit

Just a minute off the highway and a great stop if you are tired and need to.unwind in a great warm thermal pool complex . Near quaint small towns in Tuscany. Very clean and comfortable.. very helpful staff

The entire experience was completely off kilter for Americans traveling in Italy on vacation. We went for the spa pools but they closed very early and we didn't get to use them. The restaurant was not great but acted like fine dining... the menu was limited- I ordered the cod main and it was literally fish fingers with a flourish of sauce for $30. Absolutely our worst meal in Italy. And a warning - there's nothing else nearby and the road works make you travel miles out of your way to just get to this place. The whole stay was uncomfortable and weird. I'm not sure what the vibe is like for Italians but none of it worked for us.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Mandatory swim caps. Lack of air conditioning in rooms. Out in the middle of no where; about 30 minute drive from Siena. Zero wifi in rooms. Rude manager and head waiter in restaurant.

I like the way they bring the water from hot springs outside into the hotel pool. outdoor hot springs pool is stunning
