The electronic door wasn’t working but was fine to lock with a key. Also not sure if the air conditioning was working but staff provided a fan to use.

We had a lovely stay at Piccola Vela. The facilities were great, the pool and jacuzzi were a highlight! The grounds were lovely. Comfortable rooms and balcony. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful with any and all requests. Breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were a bit hot but I think that’s because we didn’t know how to operate the Aircon properly.

Really good vibe, very classy looking hotel. Location was very good and probably one of the best we have stayed in for the price. Staff were really nice and helpful, service was the best we have seen in a while. The rooftop jacuzzi had a good booking system where you book it for your room for an hour a day. They also have 2 outdoor pools one of which is heated. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area.

Wow! This hotel is amazing! All the staff are fabulous and make you feel so welcome and at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The service is outstanding, they remember what food and drink you like for breakfast, deliver drinks and snacks to the hot tub on the roof and recommend wonderful restaurants and days out. We have stayed in many hotels and this one is the best! Family friendly, hot tub and heated outdoor pool that was great to use in February. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and great location for walking into town and exploring Lake Garda. Highly recommend it and we will be back! Thank you all so much for a fantastic stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect to all the smallest details. It is so rare to find a hotel that gives thought to the most impactful details. A dark makeup towel for taking off makeup. A sweet treat when you arrive.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped fulfill all our requests and made our stay really feel really taken cared of. The decoration and ambience of the hotel are delightful. We will come back for sure.

Really beautiful and relaxing property. The staff were fun and attentive. Breakfast was great! Restaurant on site was good for dinner. Great location for exploring Lake Garda. Many great restaurants in Desenzano. Favorite activity was the e-bike ride in the countryside!
