There was no curtain or screen over the bathtub, so the water splashed out when showering. The shower head was also faulty.

Excellent location. Public transport (bus, metro A/B, train) is very close. The room is not big, but enough. It was clean. The bed is comfortable.

Twin beds its same like double bed, no space between beds - maybe 1cm:) Shower - There was no water flow, the tap barely let water flow. There were no shower curtains, and there was nowhere to hang the shower head. There was no way to wash your head due to the lack of water flow. Breakfast - all the time when we came there was empty of plates, we were waiting for food addition.. it was like empty food tables 😄

Hot water in the lobby. Need to have own cup to bring it into the room. My personal taste - bed too soft, I prefer not so soft.

There were all you need in the room: fridge, big mirror, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers. Be aware, small room but it is ok, when you are out all day.

The walls are extremely thin so if your neighbours are talking you can hear everything - also nk double glazing so if your room is located at the front of the hotel be prepared for traffic noise

Staff were friendly and very helpful - location for trains,metro and buses was excellent. Hotel was exceptionally clean and tidied every day - fresh towels also provided each day. The room had a safe and a fridge (complimentary water on arrival)

The room is very small and the air conditioning is not individual for each room - indeed there is an air conditioning central for the whole hotel which is set at 25°C, very hot. Hence, better to turn off the air conditioning and open the windows during winter, but the street is very noisy, even during the night, which makes very difficult to sleep.

The staff is very kindly, the breakfast is good and the location is very close to some attractions, train station and metro.

Rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Location was decent with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall we felt the price was very good considering the location and room.

Very small, old rooms mean minimal space to open luggage. Shower is also very small. Wouldn't stay here for more than 2 nights.

24 hour check-in and check-out service available. Clean room & clean bathroom, mostly quiet (minimal road traffic noise but next rooms' noises can be heard with loud guests returning from a big night). Breakfast is a pleasant surprise. Close to Termini train station so good for overnight stay to catch early train next morning.

Not negative but just as a note: would like if we had conditioner as well in the shower. The area in the night time is not the best since it has a lot of homeless around the station. Our balcony room was one with the balcony room of the next door room. The only negative i would say is that it would be more comfortable if there was a curtain shower as it was impossible to not make a mess when having a bath

Friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was okey and the location was quite center with bus stop right opposite the hotel and 5' from the terminal where the airport bus is, metro and buses. Around the hotel are cafes, restaurants, kiosk and mini shops as well.

Wifi was horrible. Bed sheets were uncomfortable because they didn’t use duvet covers but instead they used two bed covers so duvet couldn’t stay inside.

Location was great. Close to Roma Termini. Room was clean and smelled good. Beds were very comfortable. Soundproof system was perfect. Also staff was helpful, especially kind receptionist Giselle. She was very kind and helpful.
