The property was clean and had all the amenities required! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Offering excellent recommendations for places to eat, see and things to do in the area! Nothing was too much trouble :D the facilities were excellent, beautiful pool, bikes to hire from the property which was perfect for exploring! Rooms were stylish, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped, great location with an easy 20min cycle to the old town with plenty of stops along the way for drinks and food! The shower is all the rooms is super small and not comfortable for adults. It doesn't even have a place to put soup and shampoo, you have to put it in the floor.

We would like to warmly recommend Residence Bianca, where we stayed during a recent family vacation. The place was quiet, pleasant, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and fully equipped – just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Although it was accommodation only, we felt that all the essentials for a great family experience were provided. Would have liked some more ambient lighting in the living area and on the terrace. When the room is made up for 4 there is nowhere comfy to sit and relax in the apartment. Air conditioning unit between the rooms didn't keep the bedroom cool at night.

Had a brilliant stay. Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, very welcoming staff, great location, lovely grounds and pool area. There are also activities available from the residence itself, we rented bikes for a day out.

The microwave oven was not working. The TV was also not working. Both were of no problem for us, since we do not use it.

The location, the condition of the room, kitchen, and cutlery stuff were very good. The bed, tye pillows and linings were of good quality. It was pleasure to stay. The underground parking is very handy. Quite place.

A few minor issues, but they weren't critical: we only had four coffee capsules, which I think could have been more for two people over three days. We had to pay extra for additional capsules. Also, it would have been useful to have some salt in the kitchen. The swimming pool was quite cold.

Excellent apartment, everything is new, very clean. Beautiful grounds. Great terrace. The hosts were very welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. There was only 2 toilet paper rolls in the apartment and the staff was working very limited hours so we had to buy our own toilet paper. There were no separate pool towels and we asked if it was possible to change the towels after two nights. We were told that we had to pay that separately as the towels will be changed only after three nights.

The staff was very nice and gave a lot of information and recommendations. Even though they worked limited hours they were always reachable by WhatsApp. The two room apartment was very covenient with two kids. There was a nice playground nearby and couple of good restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment was very clean.

Loved the hospitality of the owners and the other staff. The rooms are clean and the residence is located in a residential quiet area. The owners and the staff provided us with the all necessary information and made us feel very comfortable with the property and the surrounding. There are two options for parking place: you may park in front of the residence or you can park in a garage below the property. Definitely a huge recommendation if you are travelling with the kids.

This property and the hosts are exceptional, we felt very welcomed and we truly enjoyed our stay. I mentioned during our communication that it was my son's birthday and they prepared a little gift as a surprise - this was such a special and nice touch. The apartment is super clean, it had everything you need in it and the layout is perfect. The property is very well maintained and it looks very well taken care of. I really cannot recommend this place enough :) Thank you so much for having us!
