This place is very cosy and comfortable. The view from the room is breathtaking . The restaurant is perfect also.

It surpassed expectations. We did not expect luxury at the price we paid. The room was simply furnished, the bathroom adequate, clean and sufficiently equipped for a one night stay.

Excellent value for money. For a one night stopover it could not be faulted. Comfortable but simple bedroom combined with astonishingly high quality food in the restaurant. Situated in lovely village.

Only batroom is very very small - especially shower corner was for a big guy like me big challange.

Very nice place, not far from higway. Last part of route is a little bit adrenaline but 4x4 is not neccessary :-)). Rooms are quite small, but with fantastic view. Standard italian breakfast - only sweet, but dinner in hotel restaurant was absolutly unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in a charming little hotel and town. We stopped over here for the night and great value. Everyone at check in and at the restaurant was very friendly. The dinner was superb! The room was very clean and cosy with a nice view of the old town.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with juice, bread, croissants, tea or coffee. We were offered more of everything if we wanted. All the items were fresh and the table beautifully laid. The hotel is situated in an ancient town and is surrounded by places to walk plus a view to the mountains all around. It was a pleasure to eat breakfast and dinner with such views from the windows. The hotel is run by a family and all of the members were friendly and very welcoming.

Can't think of anything we disliked

8 of us arrived, hot and tired by bicycle on our Via Francigena trip. It's a long steep ascent to Mulazzo but the views from the hotel when we arrived were fantastic. Check in was efficient and friendly. There was a secure place to put our bikes. The rooms were slightly old-fashioned (which we liked) and comfortable. We were soon clean and sitting on the verandah by reception drinking delicious chilled, slightly fizzy local wine. We ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening which had a Spanish theme. Paella was very good, as was the crema Catalans desert.

one od the key elements of the stay, the bed was making incredibly much noise, something like that should be fixed - maintenance that goes without saying.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The view from our room and the breakfast area is stunning! Breakfast was simple but tasty with great coffee. The staff were so kind, letting our friends who were not staying at the hotel, come for breakfast one morning. The room we had had a cute terrace and stunning view of Mulazzo with bells ringing out every so often across the valley. The room was very clean and cool. There is also parking available beside the hotel. We would love to come again 😊

I would say the bidet in the bathroom.

First of all the kindness of the owner, the landscape from the terrace and the on site restaurant which served good quality food.
