We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were amazing, very helpful, and friendly. They always tried their best to help us. Room was spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

United StatesThe breakfast was adequate but a bit underwhelming however they made the most incredible hot crossings daily that were incredible. it would be nice to have a safe in the room. Also there is two waters in the room and if you want a beach towel there is a cost. We didn’t care but ask if you are watching your $$$.
The location was fantastic! We stayed there as our base and it is a great spot to come back to after exploring. Very comfortable beds and Leonardo the host was delightful and super helpful with introduction to Fiori (Marsala) WineRatingsPlus in the Marsala area. As well there was a sweet man Nino on the terrace each morning greeting you with a big smile. The driver Andreas that the front desk ladies arranged was top notch and really was like a tour guide giving us all the details we needed to explore Palermo and the wineries on our own.
