Royal Sea House exceeded all our expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, the apartment was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach and the historic center. Excellent value for money. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation!

Wow, amazing location and views of Cefalu beach, la Rocca and the old town from the wrap around balcony. Very clean with secure parking on site. Leave your car at the apartment and walk to the old town in minutes or take a 2 min walk to the beach. Wish we never left. Giuseppe is an exceptional host.

It was clean and spacious. Location was great. Very close to the beach and promenade, as well as shopping and dining. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable .The huge wrap around balcony was lovely. The owner was very responsive for any questions. A dedicated parking space next to the building was a huge bonus.

Nothing. It ain’t the “ritz” but it has it all for 3 stars

If you water the Visio in the instruction on how to enter it’s easy. If you don’t, it’s not easy to get to. That said the location is great just a block or so from the beach and a couple more to old town. The place is clean and fully equipped with 2 balconies where you can sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The property is just a few meters from a lovely sandy beach as well as several cafes and restaurants. A quick walk and you are in the old town with shops, restaurants and the duomo.

Shower hot water can be more stable. But not a problem. Just restart the tap. Very excellent facilities.

The manager sent us a video and written directions so finding the property was a breeze. The property is well kept and had everything we needed for a great stay including a beach umbrella, beach towels, air conditioning, and a washing machine! We really loved staying just outside the old town but steps away! The ease of parking on site made for a relaxing stay-we parked the car and walked everywhere! Everything was great

Spacious apartment very close to loads of great bars and restaurants on the seafront. Quiet and peaceful since it is in a residential area. Fantastic to be able to park outside. Joanna the host was brilliant. Gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the property including a driving video which was incredibly helpful.

We had a great stay at Royal Sea House. It was clean and large enough for a family of five. Joanna was extremely helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations and places to visit. It was also great that they provide a beach umbrella and beach toys for the kids.

The entrance to the underground garage is steep and twists, so may cause difficulties for some coming out of it but we managed OK with a medium size SUV.

Nice, modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment in which everything worked. Able to settle in quickly and given recommendations to suit our needs. This was both verbal and visual as host used a tourist map to write on and indicate the different places we were interested in. We referred to this map throughout our stay and experienced far more during our short stay than if we had not had it. Parking was allocated and secure. We would definitely stay here again if back in Cefalu.

Excellent greetings from Joanna and showing us around. We were given great details of accommodation and local facilities nearby too, especially supermarkets! Tourist info given as well. Giuseppe was a great host as well, and we often spoke with him too and he shared more info. Made it all so much more comfortable and easy to live there. Now, great location, good lift, great size apartment and rooms, balcony with views to sunset over the beach, and up to the “rock” Balcony around 3 sides inc comfy outdoor furniture and lounges. Very well set up kitchen and dining area. Generous storage throughout, and washing machine with clothes rack and pegs. Comfy furniture and bed. Close to beach access, and huge restaurant selection. Near old town. Parking available too, this is rare.

We prebooked accommodation before leaving Australia in the old town of Cefalu for our family of 4. Still, we had to make a very last-minute addition to our accommodation requirements due to meeting up with friends. So once we arrived into Cefalu, we booked additional accommodation at Royal Sea House via Booking.com. Husband and one of our teenage sons stayed here whilst, wife and other teenage son stayed in the old town. Royal Sea House won hand's down due to the comfort, aircon, cleanliness, wonderful English speaking host Joanna, free parking, quietness, washing machine and clothes airer, price, excellent wifi and 100m walk to the old town. It offered a sea view and from the ocean and beach we could see the accommodation and it's superb balcony. It was on the very edge of the old town (literally a 100m walk) and much more affordable than staying in the old town. Having not been familiar with Cefalu other than seeing it on Google and Google maps, we thought the old town was where we really needed to stay but if we went again we would stay at Royal Sea House. It was incredible accommodation on the top level of a 3 storey building (I think) and had wonderful air conditioning and facilities; which given the heatwave was very much appreciated. The other minor thing that became a big thing (given the heat wave) when comparing the two properties now that we have stayed in both, was the fantastic double glazed windows and therefore insulation which ensured the room stayed cool with the aircon. The host Joanna was so lovely (and met us at the property within 1 hour of us booking it ) and provided some fab restaurant recommendations, etc. You can totally ask her anything and she will give you the help you need. Her walk through of the property was excellent. If arriving by car, it is not at all hard to find if you stop by the side of the road first to watch the video's that Joanna sends through Whatsapp; and then also get your bearings on Google Maps.

It's a nice apartment very near the beach and the city centre. The parking lot is a great advantage once Cefalú is packed with people. Joanna is a wonderful person and gave us all the info we needed. She is quick to answer on WhatsApp. The apartment is well equipped.

It was perfect!

I could not be more delighted with the property. It’s ideally located, just steps from the lido and beach. It offers everything a traveler could want, including a clothes washer and free parking. The hosts were kind and helpful. The property was immaculate. It features a well-equipped kitchen and many thoughtful touches (iron, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, drying rack—even clothes pins!

Our hosts Johanna and Giuseppe were amazing, friendly, couldn’t be more helpful. The property itself was so well located just a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. And not to mention the spacious on site parking that we found to be so rare in Sicily. I highly recommend staying here when in Cefalù. We will definitely be back

Some of the reviews online commented about everything being hung so high. The owner is a tall man so I think it is perfect. Actually everything we needed was in reach.

Perfect location by the beach and old town with secure private parking and view of the beach. Owner provided excellent directions to the property and gave a tour of the apartment as well as suggestions on what to see. The apartment has two balconies, a washing machine, beach umbrella and beach chairs. Everything in the apartment is new.
