the rooms were typically Italian and big enough but the shower wasn't great although not a big minus

we loved this lovely typically Italian hotel. the courtyard was very pretty and relaxed. the breakfast was great and so nice not to have to rush. the swimming pool was a lovely bonus and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. we loved San Felice del Benaco village and all the restaurants and bars there. the staff very kindly presented my husband with a cake and happy birthday singing for his 65th which made it a very special time. the buses were a great way to get around and we loved Porta Felice, about 20 minutes walk away with a lovely bar overlooking the lake.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice accomodation in the middle of the village. Garden, terras, pool, perfect. Just 50 meters from some restaurants and small shops which sell all you need.

We had been led to believe from some of the reviews that there was a restaurant at the hotel which is also described as a restaurant. This should be changed to reflect the fact that there is no restaurant.

A very pretty hotel with lovely grounds and courtyard. In a quiet village with a 10 minute walk to the lake. The room looked over the garden and was very clean. Fresh towels supplied everyday. Fantastic value for money and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was excellent. All fresh and lots of choice. Wonderful to sit in the courtyard in the morning for breakfast and the evening for a glass of wine. Also the hotel offers free bike hire. Just amazing.

As non smokers It would have been nice to eat breakfast outside but it was impossible unless you wanted to breathe in the constant stream of cigarette smoke.

Lovely quiet location, breakfast choice was very good and very enjoyable. Pool area was nice and relaxing after a busy day of site seeing. The room we had was quite spacious and an added bonus of air conditioning!

Our room could have been a little cleaner when we checked in.

Location was great! Breakfast was plentiful and the courtyard where we ate was quite pretty. We enjoyed the pool.

Room was very basic and in need of updating. Shower cubicle door was coming off it’s runners and didn’t close properly (resulting in a very wet floor) and bedside table was broken.

Lovely location, much nicer than the big resorts. Very pretty courtyard and garden. Nice clean pool, pool towels provided. Lovely staff. We had pizza on their pizza night and it was incredible! Room was clean.

If you're on foot it's a bit difficult to get around the area. Anyway, the hotel was very kind in helping.

The place is amazing.The breakfast is spectacular. The staff is very friendly. Excellent service. I would definitely come back.

This boutique hotel is in the lovely town of San Felice, just outside Saló on Lake Garda. It is right in the centre of the town, with bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk. Free parking is also close by, only 100 m away. The room was very comfortable, overlooking the swimming pool; the breakfast was delicious. But what made the stay memorable for us was the friendliness of the staff: it’s hard to single anyone out but in particular Greta and Stefania were most helpful, as was everyone. We highly recommend this hotel.
