A wonderful hotel, helpful staff, top-level cleanliness, fresh towels in sufficient quantity every day. Excellent breakfast - sausage, eggs, cheese, fruit, muesli, yogurt, fresh pastries. Great location - 100 meters from the bus stop,10 minutes by bus to the train station, 5 minutes on foot to St. Francis Basilica. Very convenient location for sightseeing too - you can take a bus right outside the hotel, take a 5-minute bus ride to the terminus at the top of the mountain on which the city is located and start the descent downward. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room is a little old, there were some mold in the bathroom and the towels were very poor quality. Also at the breakfast there was a very rude lady.

The AC was a little loud, nothing else!

Great location - right inside one of the city gates, within a few minutes, by foot, to every monument; very quiet at night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was larger than I expected, same with the bed. The breakfast was a good continental buffet. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay; I would go back to San Pietro and would highly recommend it.

I loved everything. Its location is ideal, it is close to everything, and the kindness and collaboration of all its employees was extraordinarily good, starting with the reception and all the other employees. The location was amazing, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They hotel is decorated with pictures of the area in the past which I enjoyed. They have great private parking right around the corner, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was simple but good enough for me. They had everything I needed to start my day. The location was perfect. All the places that I planned to visit were within walking distance. I definitely would come again and stay. Thanks to all the staff in the hotel. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Welcoming, safe, comfortable 😊 The room was simple but had everything I needed. The system for air conditioning was well explained. It just came on when the shutters were completely closed. Really good self service breakfast with waitress on hand to get coffee. Bar available if required. They opened it up just for me to have a beer.. Wonderful views from the room. I could not find any fault. Staff spoke little English but then I like to try new languages and with Google translate and a lot of laughter it's fun really..that's what you travel for .

The room was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable. There were plenty of spare blankets and pillows. I had a fantastic view. Staff were just so polite and welcoming. I had a problem with my travel charger for my phone and they organised a spare. I travelled on budget so asked for my water bottle to be filled at breakfast and they did every morning with a smile. I would honestly just go back for the people alone, but the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok.. I am German, so like my breakfast slightly different but the Croissants were freshly baked, There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, Donuts and cereals and tiny baguettes. Continental meats and cheese. Juice,tea,coffee,milk. So for €7 it was plenty. Reception was manned 24/7. Shower gel,hair dryer, towels provided. The room was tidied and bed made every day. It's 5 minutes walk from the Basilica and bus station. I hope to return one day! The hotel has an elevator and air con.
