Very close to the sea so you need to get used to it. Because it is on the boulevard it gets noisy and there is a lot of lighting that stays on.

Not every room had a sea view. The walk up the steep hill to the main road took approximately 15 & was very steep.

It is so safe and the area where it is based is an authentic Italian small fishing port just outside Sorrento. The people there are so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location, idyllic position over looking the wonderful little beach. The Sapphire Rooms staff and local residents are exceptional, a special mention to Carla, Frederick and Marco. The restaurants are full of charm, with wonderful food and staff. Charming room, clean and with a lovely balcony.

The room it was a bit small. The staff was absent when we tried to check in late and we couldn’t ahold of them which was stressful. We requested a good room and got the one right by reception which was loud due to thin walls.

Nice location 1 minute from the beach (our room was not directly facing the water though). Bathroom was very clean and modern. Room had everything we needed.

I think we ended up with the budget room so was surprised, I think the property needs to warn traveler’s their is no available transportation from the road to the accommodation so travel light .

Not a dislike but just something to note when booking: in some rooms bathrooms do have a door, and in others they don’t. Ours didn’t, which was very bonding :) But it’s fun, not a problem. Also make sure you truly understand your location: the hills are steep, you will depend on buses, and the mountain roads have no pedestrian lanes. But the staff can help you with a little shuttle up the hill if you need.

We had a pristine and bright room with the side sea view and a little cute balcony. It was cleaned and left fresh and shiny daily, which we really appreciated. The hosts are super-welcoming, the staff are very helpful and friendly, we had everything we needed. Oh, and the beach is RIGHT THERE, one step away from the rooms🤩

The room should be maintained and equipped better for that rate. No hangers at all, would be helpful at least for towels in the bathroom. No noise insulation, expecially due to closeness to the main door and the staircase. Access to this remote location might be quite risky by scooter due to very steep hills.

Not good impression when you arrive. Overall access to the location. If you have a car parking limited. If you want to go to Sorrento need to walk (climb) for about 20 minutes to get to the bus stop.

THE ACCESSIBILITY is horrible. Cabs charge 40€ for a 10 min ride and dont go down the hill, so we had to walk for 20 minutes from the main street with our bags. So you can imagine the way back in a very steep way up...otherwise the Tuktuk will cost 35€ for a 12 min ride to the city or 6€ to take you up the hill. The photos of the area are far from reality. Actually, it s a small port rather than a touristic beach

The building itself is hideous, the rooms arent top notch clean. The fridge didn’t work, the room was on the first floor right at the somewhat crowded beach, windows werent soundproof. You CANNOT access the place by car, must park in the parking lot (15 euros for one day), and only the first tuktuk shuttle is for free. Then it’s a 5 euro ride everytime you wanna go somewhere else, or you walk the very, very steep road (we did). The bathtub, though a great idea, is impossible to use during the day, for everyone can see you from the beach. Use the curtain, then get in, then pull the curtain up, then down again when you get out…😂

Beautiful view of the sea, fresh design, king size bed!!😉 If you plan on staying for a while, you will be very fit by the end of your stay - steep walks to the parking lot.💪 The tuktuk ride was fun down to the hotel! Our host had a smile when he welcomed us, but then didn’t care much for our well being. The bathtub is a great idea and felt good to use at the end of the day!

Stunning room and beautiful lady. The only thing I would say is make sure you have everything you need for your stay before you go down the hill. No convenience store but stunning location and fabulous food from the restaurants.
