Breakfast wasn’t the best, not bad, just not the best (cold beans/bacon/sausages specifically), but that’s to be expected with any buffet style breakfast any hotel might put on, this did not detract from my stay in any way

Location, ideally located between Garda and Bardolino with a lovely picturesque walk to either town, safe and well lit at night. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any requests or assistance, there was even a free ride to Bardolino if you didn’t want to walk, and to a sister hotel that offered additional wellbeing services. Facilities, very nice pool, sauna, gym, bar and garden, and of course the private section of beach exclusive to guests for lounging by the lake

Great personnel as they helped me a lot as i twisted my ankle on Day 1. They organised a doctor appointment and were very helpful in adjusting to my situation, providing room service etc. Great food and location is amazing.

Housekeeping staff walked in even with DND signs on the door. Food was not to our likening. I would say „typical German holiday maker food“. Not really authentic Italien. Our Cesar salad was more bread than salad. Chicken was hard to find in there. Burger from our son also not very good. We ate there once, that was enough.

Clean and quiet rooms. Location for lake can‘t be topped. Right on the lake with private beach. Beach is not only pebbles but also sand. Most others in the area are either gras or pebbles. Property is in quiet location and easy accessible.

Restaurant had limited hours. Bed mattress was not the greatest. Our rooms were on the east side of the hotel where elevators are not designed to reach. So we struggled with luggage up and down.

The atmosphere and design are a bit older. The room is basic and just one narrow window so not very lit.

Excellent location, friendly and available staff at all hours, very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was vast and varied, and there are sup and kyaks that guests can use in the beautiful comfortable adjacent private beach. The beautiful beach is one if it’s best adventages! Also the hotel is directly above the pedestrian walkway around the lake, no road in between.

The food in the restaurant was ok but not outstanding. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were rather variable and the bacon greasy.

The capuccino in the morning was disappointing. Almost cold...

Almost everything really! This is just the place we needed after such a long road trip. Pure relaxation by the lake, superb views, impeccable room and service. I could have stayed longer! The receptionist and waiters were all very friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake (cold and wonderful) which is directly in front of the hotel. Dinner was wonderful (spaghetti with vongole, we kept it simple!), reasonable priced. Breakfast is included with many choices. the hotel caters mostly for German tourists, so very efficient service! Free parking behind the hotel.

Remember to take mosquito spray as we needed it in the late afternoon / early evening.

This is going to be a long list of likes! The location was amazing, just across the pedestrian walkway to the lake beach with loungers and umbrellas, we borrowed the kayaks from the hotel and had a great paddle for a couple of hours one afternoon. Swimming pool was huge and well maintained. Our room had a lake view (no balcony) and it truly felt like we were in a proper beach resort. It was a great size with a good sized bathroom too. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was vast and good gluten free options available. Staff very attentive, bar area very comfortable and a good lunchtime menu. We didn't eat there in the evening as there was a requirement for long trousers in the restaurant and the menu was a little fixed for slightly choosy teens, but there's a great pizza restaurant within a 2 minute walk.

It was a bit difficult getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel.

It was a beautiful setting. Breakfast was good with many different food selections. Pool was nice and beach side amenities were good.

limited pool hours (0800-1900).i couldn’t connect to their wifi from 3 devices. room windows are narrow. you cannot really sit and enjoy lake view from the room. lack of private balconies. the lake is getting bad. you have to walk a lot in muddy sand before you get relatively clean and deeper waters.

it is not a 5 star hotel, but nobody is trying to say so. very freindly staff. very clean and well maintained. quite cheap cocktails in the bar. good pool. plenty of parking.

Breakfast is great for the value. Reserved beach is one of the best or may be the best sand beach of lake Garda. I’ve realized that many visitors of the hotel were frequent visitors from various countries (mostly German & Brit’s) and they know each other for a long time so that means it is a good place since people keep coming back to the same hotel.

Brilliant location right on the lake between Garda and Bardolino. 20 min walk to either town. Lovely hotel and pool, exceptional food in the restaurant. Easy walking and cycling along the lakeside path. no cars. Cycle Hire available.
