Very nice pools and spa

No kettle in room or water. No obvious mention of half board on booking...we arrived nearly too late for dinner...only served til 8pm..early for Italy. Reception very busy in morning had to wait along time to check out.

Given the pictures, I expected the room and the bathroom to be a bit more modern, which was the reason why I chose this hotel room over other ones in Abano. The pool was supposed to close at 19, but at 18.50 the water massages already stopped working and the staff asked people to leave.

Very good breakfast. Some people from the staff very kind and considerate. Nice and comfortable swimming pool. Good location and a lot of parking spots available.

I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Everything was great. I want to thank all the staff for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks to Daniela, Lukas and Michele- their hands saved me from back pain. The hotel's swimming pools are equipped with 10 types of water massage, there is a sauna, a room where you can breathe Gemolai salt, a gym, and a relaxation room. The food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh, very tasty and beautiful. The hotel is located near a bus stop, so it was very convenient to go to Padua. The center of Abano, the market (on Wednesdays), the mask museum, Villa Bazzi are within walking distance. This is a great place for rest and recovery. A taxi from the M.Polo airport to the hotel cost 150 euros, but later I found out that you could get to the hotel by a direct bus, tickets for which could be purchased at the airport. Buses are comfortable, convenient and much cheaper. A bus ticket to Padua costs 2.70 euros, and to the station in Montegrotto 1.70 euros. The hotel reception will always tell you where you can buy a ticket for the bus.

Everything was top notch,big hotel room (mine was standard) at the last floor,a/c working properly,nice modern bathroom. Great and spacious spa,the pools and the garden simply perfect. More of this: one of the best hotel restaurant I’ve tried traveling in Italy. Staff is present and kind,a positive mention to the waiter at the restaurant area,he has been always smiling and helpful.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There wasn’t much availability for treatments for the two days we were there.

The Spa Facilities were really good. The pools especially were very relaxing with the different options. The location has several restaurants in walking distance.

Toilet and shower could have been in their own room, so that water is not coming easily with your feet to living area. It would have been nice to have possibility to make coffee or tea in the room.

Everything was nice and clean. We stayed in junior suite, which was having balcony with town view. Bed was firm and comfortable and sofa also. Shower was spacious and separated from toilet. Spa-area and pools were close by, just took lift down. Pools were big enough for swimming and water was comfortably warm. Athmosphere was peaceful. Food was good specially on dinner. Parking was free and there was a lot of parking space. Staff was polite and nice.

The pool facilities closed so early almost every day at 7 pm and the pool staff started reminding us of closing time at 6:40 like we were being rushed out. Made it difficult to enjoy the facilities. One particular breakfast room worker also quite rude.

The pools were excellent, the room comfortable and clean. We were biking to Padova and the Eugenean Hills so the location was great. Ample parking.

A/C capability in our superior room was marginal. It was 35+ outside, and we sure wish it could have worked better. Missed vegetables for breakfast, one morning I asked for tomatoes and got half green ones? Some cucumber, peppers and of course the fantastic Italian tomatoes were missed!

Exceptional staff- thank you for everyone for the great service- Erika at check in- and the lovely gentleman at the night shift also at check in. He offered us coffee at 6 AM before getting on the road, since breakfast doesn't start until 7:30.

The room was supposed to be with a.c but it is a central a.c and because it's october it didn't work even though it was really hot. The crew offered to open the window and it helped just a little bit but then at 04:00 there was a lot of noise from out side so we couldn't sleep

We requested extra towels for the pool, and at no point were we informed there would be an additional charge of 4 euros per towel. This was only mentioned at checkout, which was quite surprising and frustrating. Additionally, we were told that the hotel would not replace used towels and were instead instructed to dry them in our room. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected more flexibility and service when it comes to such basic amenities

Management. When I challenged the rate which a local taxi driver had charged, the staff sided with the taxi diver and accused me of being a liar. They man-handled me, held me against my will and called the police. I was taken to the police station, kicked and beaten, handcuffed, detained for four hours at 30c with not even a drop of water, insulted and humiliated. They did not arrest me or even make any allegations of wrong doing.

The hotel is not new. It needs renovation. The spa area is weak. towels and bathrobe are extra charge. terrible soundproofing - "slept with the neighbors". Average cleaning. Lumps of dust in the room soft mattresses and bad pillows
