We stayed 4 days, and although it was an amazing location, the indications to find the hotel could be slightly improved. We didn't have hot water for the majority of our stay and no one to reach out to in order to get it fixed.

The location is amazing, the room was of appropriate size and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Easy access to plenty of shops and locations to visit. Easy to check in.

My only complaint about the property and it’s not the properties fault the lift is quite loud when people slap the lift doors. As it’s an old-fashioned Italian style metal cage lift that has in and out door closing mechanism.

Property was in a great location, very clean bathrooms and bedroom. The bed itself was super comfy and considering it was winter, it was very warm duvet.

The bed was a bit small (about 140 cm wide). But with a very good mattress and pillows!

Second time staying there and I like it a lot! Incredible how the hotel was in the same good condition as when we visited last time 6 years ago. Excellent location, close to many main attractions in Rome. The rooms are very well decorated and stylish. The staff was excellent, very responsive, friendly, reachable at all times. Happy to be back again!

The only thing is that it could have been more clean. We had to ask them to properly clean the floors for us because our white socks were turning dirty. A second hook in the bathroom would be handy too

The room was a bit small, but not necessarily a problem for us as we weren’t in it very much. For us, it was perfect.

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was wonderful, gave us great dinner recommendations and assisted us with calling a taxi upon checkout. The room was clean and sufficient for what we needed.

The property didn't have a pool, but they do have another property close by with a pool. Access to this pool would have been awesome as it was very hot weather.

We loved everything about this place. The location was handy in proximity to tourist attractions. The room was large. The staff were friendly and helpful- all perfecto. It really is a hidden gem and will stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Rooms were not very clean, there was accumulated dust under the bed and in corners. The rooms are VERY small, a bed, night stands and desk… not much room to move around.

Room was a bit too small. The room has a few issues that need updating, faucet on sick was loose and headboard for the bed was stained.

The location was excellent across the street from Sant Angelo castle and very easy to get to all major attractions. Room was small but clean. Nick our host was very helpful and had several suggestions for restaurants in the are.

Noisy Neighbours. Don't think I would stay again solely because of this. In a small place like this if you have someone next door that doesn't consider other people it can be hard. Unfortunately, we had them every night of our stay. At least in a larger hotel where there is someone on front desk 24/7 so you can ask them to so speak to them.

It’s an apartment in an old building and there’s no reception after around 4pm. Not what I had in mind when I booked it.

Location was good although be careful there is a main hotel with a pool which looked nice and a few minutes walk away some separate rooms in a random apart block which is where we were put

Check-in was tricky to start with as the main door was closed even though we arrived when we said we would (we walked past it at first). Luckily, some people were coming out that kindly let us in. We were told we should have a link to get in but couldn't see how that would open a key door! We then called reception, who told us to use the lift to the 4th floor, and he met us as we came out. Once we were at reception all was OK as we were then given our keys and the staff were very helpful. At Check-out, we just left our keys at the desk as there was nobody there.

The location was just perfect. It’s in walking distance of almost every attentions. There’re nice restaurants near by. The room was clean and tidy with the good size of a bed room and bath room.

The walk up to the elevator looks shabby and might frighten guests away, before even entering the nice rooms...

The room is quite alright for a short stay, at a great location. Reception staff very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient!

The room was not the same as the photos, not having a windows to the main street and being a bit old and with a weir configuration. Also, we do not see any staff, it was like an airb2b. And finally the access stairs and the ellevator were a bit doggy/scary.
