Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Switzerland-
We stayed in the room called “Tony Levis” with two balconies directly above the Piazza Dante and it was just wonderful! - wonderful renovated Palazzo with high ceilings, wall art and beautiful interior and bathroom - great communication with the staff - lovely breakfast buffet (we asked for vegan options after the booking process and the staff got some especially for us. thank you a lot <3 ) - very clean room and bath - comfortable bed - as close to the center as it can get - greatly isolated windows (still, if you’re very sensitive to traffic noise or people having fun outside: bring earplugs or consider NOT travelling to Naples ;) )

MoroccoThe bedding needs some renewal and a mix of soft and hard pillows would have been apreciated
Our stay at Dante House was ver pleasant, centrally located and the team very available and helpful. Always with a smile. The room was very large with high ceiling and with balcony ro the street. Very well isolated as we haven't been bothered by the noisy animated Dante square.

United KingdomIt was quite loud at the front of the hotel, maybe it was because we were there on a holiday weekend. If you are light sleeper best to chose a room at the back of the hotel!
The staff really made this hotel special, they couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast was also very good.

MyanmarIt's an old residential building with extremely tall ceilings and a room (No. 6) facing Piazza Dante right in the centre of Naples! You can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony watching the life beneath. The location is very central and also easy to get to the parking they suggested. The communal breakfast area has snacks throughout the day and the breakfast itself had everything. Friendly and helpful staff. You can leave your luggage at the reception after check out. Great stay!

GermanyThis was the cutest place. There was so much character to the room, lobby, and breakfast area. Some snacks, coffee and tea were always available and there was a central mini bar you could purchase drinks from. Breakfast was great. The location was excellent - near a metro stop and plaza.

PolandSuper location, close to the metro. Very good Italian breakfast. The rooms are very nice and clean. There is a common room where we can sit and have coffee or tea. You can leave your luggage and come back for it later. Dante House team is very helpful. Recommended! :)

United KingdomDifficult to think of any negatives. Some noise from neighbouring rooms but not too intrusive. Light in the inner courtyard on a couple of nights disturbed sleep.
Great welcome. Offered a welcome drink too. Staff helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants. Good breakfast - hot options were very welcome. Departure was easy with Dante house offering to hold luggage until pick up in the afternoon and a key to get in to pick it up. Great central location.

IndiaEverything was great except for one small issue there were some mosquitos at night. I wouldn't really blame the staff because strangely didn't see them during day time but mysteriously appeared at night.
Great location and decaff coffee was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Good location to explore the old towns and shopping districts. Interiors were done well, updated with new appliances and finishes, yet still holds the classic neapolitan house look.

United KingdomWe have stayed here a few times and the first time it was a little unclear where to go, they provide a set of instructions of how to enter.find the building which are helpful however, lack clarity at times. Particularly when you are arriving late at night.
The rooms are lovely and the location very central with a metro station outside fo easily linking all parts of the city. The breakfast was lovely with a broad range of options. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
