We didn't know the parking "access" was across the street. Maybe communicate that on confirmation.

We had a view of Vesuvius outside our patio. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were good. The beach was very relaxing and the pool was gorgeous.

- entry gate - instruction how to get inside - first time we didn't know how to open the gate - we had the problem with lack of hot water, we had to request twice to get it solved

- room and bed with a view straight on Vesuvio - big and comfortable bed - lot of mirrors in the room - an old-school look but enjoyable - parking with many available spots

The only negative was the lack of nearby restaurants (I didn’t rate blu stone) but the hotel has a good restaurant & honestly that’s why it’s a bit cheaper than it would be in the middle of sorrento- I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful location & amazing pool - lots of v helpful staff & easy to get to Naples or sorrento on the train - they have a shuttle to the nearest station (also we went beginning of oct - weather great)

Hotel was isolated making it difficult to go off site unless you book the hotel shuttle. Menu was limited and did not cater for food intolerances or allergies very well . Bar was expensive. Hotel needed painting in some areas and was dated. Pizza not availble either although the hotel information says it is.

Communication with the accommodation before arriving at the location. We used public transport and it was quite difficult to get to the accommodation. We sent several requests on Booking, sent emails, wrote on Facebook, but no one answered us. There is a paid shuttle service from the nearest train station, but we were unable to get information about the departure times.

Very interesting accommodation, in a quiet place, nicely decorated, large and modern rooms, private beach, swimming pool, free beach towels and deckchairs, good breakfast. Beautiful view of the bay and Vesuvius.

The only very minor issue I can remember was that the breakfast cornetti were not very fresh.

I liked the variety of Italian style breakfast options though more would be better such as roasted peppers, mini eggplant parmesan, olives, and crusty mini rolls. The pool and beach area, the very accommodating and the most attentive staff made me feel welcomed and glad I book the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

wifi does not work always. It is important to know that location is BETWEEN 2 villages. It is not negative but imporatnt. Therefore I recommend to go with car (as we did). In this case you can easily go to Vico Eq. 5 minutes by car to have a walk or dinner outside.

own beach with sunbads and umbrellas free of charges. Comfortable bads. Breakfest 4/5. Pool very clear. Gym available. 2 restaurants within the object. Napoly 25 minutes by train from VIco Eq. We had bigger room (like apartman) on 4 with big terasse, it is amazing. Sea was very clear. Garden and internal walking area cleaned regularly. If we come back to this area surely come back here, no question !!!

The food menu for a hotel like this is very limited and fixed. We got bored with food after 2 days! The service could be better, especially the responsiveness of the house keeping staff.

The location is exceptional. Our suite was superb and clean with all the facilities. The hotel has a large parking lot for which they charge (not great). The hotel has a good swimming pool, private beach, bar and pier. It was a perfect honeymoon location 😍
