The only thing that since we came off season village was almost empty and also hotel service (bar, pool bar etc) limited. It was our choice to came in mid-October, just something to consider. Also if you have car (as we did) places like Trapani or San Vito which are close are still living even in October.

Accommodation was cool and stylish, we liked the atmosphere of old fisherman´s village. Also we loved panoramatic pool with view on sea and mountains. Rooms clean and spacious and staff very kind.

It was a bit noisy, we had a few days of strong winds and the building was producing noises everywhere (especially a service staircase door creaking).

Lovely room, beautiful pool and great location. Good quality varied breakfast. The sea in front of the hotel is great.

There was no information about the facilities, and no map of the resort. Food in the restaurant (breakfast, dinner) was not too good quality.

I was missing a dryer on the room for towels and swimmsuits.

The breakfasts were great, wide choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sea was clear. The area around the hotel, swimming pool and sea looks very well-tended.

The staff serving food to the buffet were great, but the waitering was not cheerful at all. The only downside of the entire property, is the awful smell coming from the sea, few meters from us. That was a major issue for us, but if you avoid the port and stay by the rocks, it’s wonderful

Very nice hotel, where the biggest thumb up is the food at the buffet. We recommend to go for the full board as the value of the food is way over the price. Absolutely superb. The view from our room was unbelievable! The sea, by the rocks, opposite the port, is just amazing

- We where with 3 persons instead of 4 and had payed already half pension. No compensation was possible, not even a drink. - Please replace the singer in the bar.

Wrong and cold communication with guests clearly oriented to maximize the profit of the hotel sources many misunderstandings and inconveniences. The TV in our room does not function due to the weak internet connection.

Very good cousine, the pool is well maintained, suitable for small children.

Initially give a room that whilst partial sea views was dark with poor view and no balcony. However this was fixed with new room when we complained. Not much in the area.

Two days in a row there was a singer loudly in the at the empty bar with open door and we could hear it in our room (not enjoyable voice unfortunately anyway) from 17-23, it was not even weekend and we could fall asleep No toothbrush holder or glass in the bathroom Quite dark rooms No place for teapot Not thought through about the furniture Very old electronics- phone and TV Stone from the shower wall was coming off

The ceiling fans in the room are so noisy on a warm night you can't sleep with them on.

Helpful, friendly staff plus a pool with views to die for back towards San Vito Lo Capo. Stunning sunset over the ocean at dinner time..great buffet dinner and breakfast.

Some of the staff a little unfriendly and felt you were interrupting them ! Disappointing breakfast service - if you attend later there was little or nothing left of some items - even an hour before end of service and lots of items not replenished - this is even more apparent when there are large groups staying at the hotel as they were on a few nights when we were there - when we arrived for breakfast there was no bread, fruit, yogurts, and only a few pastries.

Our room was a bit sparse and dark with no view to speak of.

The outside pool area is really lovely with fabulous views along the coast. The whole area is clean and tidy and the bar serves drinks and snacks. Breakfast was plentiful but but didn’t vary much from day to day. Evening meals in the restaurant were excellent but felt a little rushed. Great location for visiting Erice and Trapani.

The air conditioning didn't work very well. I would probably avoid this place in the hotter months.

Beautiful, enormous facility on the water. Gated parking and resort style pool with a bar. Easy walk to other restaurants and a beach. There is a small waterside bar right out the front door with casual food.

The dinner was chaotic and no one explained how the buffet/plated dinner worked, nor did the waiters understand our questions about it

Very soft beds are not comfortable. You have to be in a restaurant exactly when meals start, otherwise your meal will be cold or there will be not enough food for you. When we asked for bread during breakfast the waiter answered: sorry bread is finished. We had to eat cold scrambled eggs with cold sausages and bacon. When we arrived 30 min after opening dinner, starters were almost gone and the kitchen was not brought more,we had to take leftovers.
