Very friendly staff and Elisabetta was extremely helpful, suggesting places of interest, helping us with bookings, etc.. Excellent views everywhere! Easy commute to town. Great guided tours to Amalfi coast!

Easy and safe way to get to the center was taxi We took a bus but it was unsafe, no sidewalk, very small road with both way traffic. 2 outlet in the room for electronics. Ridiculous small shower ( I’m petite) shower door terribles like window blinds, very hard to manipulated. The tv was like a picture frame, latterly need binocular to watch it very small and up high. Very small room 110 we have two small carry-on, we had to have one on the floor against the door, no space.

A bit noisy in the night in the corridor when people return to their rooms.

Nice view of the sea. Parking was good for us. Reception very helpful for information visits etc.

Due to its location right next to the road, the hotel is very noisy, but the problem is the doors in the rooms which do not absorb practically any sound both from inside and outside.

Noisy neighbours within the hotel. A more extensive bar option, other than just cask wine and beer.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but preferred more savoury hot dishes The noises from others on the floor was loud, especially when they were in the corridor.

No kettle or iron in the room but this was only a small detail.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to be helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony view which was breathtaking. Shuttle bus is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and runs every 30 minutes into the main centre and back. Although the hotel didn't have a bar/restaurant on site, the hotel have partnered with some restaurants and booking/transport can be arranged at reception.

The hotel was really clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. There is a shuttle bus service you can get into the main town and near the train station which runs every half hour at a cost of €2.00, which was very convenient

Room was extremely small and the electricity was supposed to work only with card (except it didn’t work too good). Shower was so tiny, we could barely move there. Towels didn’t smell good. Localization of AC also bad idea, it was blowing straight on our faces, and it’s impossible to sleep without it in August. For parking we had to pay extra 20€. Really poor choice of breakfast, ‘hot’ breakfast such as scrambled eggs or sausages were cold and tasteless.

We were looking for a place to sleep in Sorrento just for one night, because it was one of many destinations during our trip, so we’ve got what we needed- a bed, bathroom. Staff was really nice, they gave us recommendations about the city.

If your located between the 2nd and 4th floor then get used to stairs as there is no lift, definitely doesn't help when you have a big case and 4 flights to carry it up, and down

The only thing I didn’t like is not having enough shampoo and conditioner in the room but it’s not a big deal

Very good service People on the reception are so kind and gave us all the information we needed to know about the area Rooms are clean and comfortable good breakfast, especially the cakes 😋 A little bit far to reach the beach and the centre but there are buses every 20-30 min till 00:30 They have planned trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi include bus from the hotel, boat and amazing guides. We paid 70€ each to Capri And 65€ each to Positano and Amalfi Which I recommend a lot it was so organised.. we had enough time to go everywhere, I think going alone gonna be a little complicated.

The smell of the towels was not good

Hotel was amazing nothing to fault - just be aware the taxi in trip from the dock was one of the most expensive we have encountered.

Zoe was our fave staff member being welcomed by her made us so happy 😀 reception was friendly and informative. Having someone bring out bags to our room on the 2nd floor (no lift, 4 flights of stairs?) was fantastico . The Breakfast buffet was delicious, definitely the best we had on our trip so far. View was spectacular which was one of the reasons we choose the location

Location a bit outside centre of Sorrento, which although there was use of a nearby shuttle bus, you had to walk on a road with no paths which was scary and potentially dangerous.

Staff very pleasant. Hotel well cleaned on a daily basis. Good buffet breakfast. Atmosphere relaxed and holiday like.

The front office staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and cleaning staff were great as well. The breakfast is great . It’s. Little out of town but an easy 25 minute walk but plenty to look at on the way or there is a public bus that runs regularly and a shuttle bus from the camping ground nearby

The rooms were not well sound-proofed and you could hear people in the hallway/neighbouring rooms very clearly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Good value for money! The walk from Sorrento town centre is very manageable if you enjoy walking but the bus is also very reliable and reasonable!
