An absolutely incredible place to stay! Anna is a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and an excellent communicator. She truly made our experience unforgettable. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with a soft bed and great pillows. The balcony offers a stunning view right over the water, and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop was the perfect way to start each day. The food was delicious and plentiful—we left full and happy every morning! The property is ideally located in one of the most beautiful parts of Ischia, just steps from the castle. The town itself is welcoming and full of genuine, friendly people. We had an amazing time. For easy travel, take the number 7 bus from the ferry and the number 1 bus to explore the island. Without a doubt, this was the best stay we've had during our travels. We can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Anna!

The view of the quieter side of the island was just as beautiful at night as the daytime. With the castle in view and little artisan shops, bakeries, and fishing boats passing by, it couldn’t have been more magical. Anna, and everyone on the staff treated us like family. Looking forward to the next time I can take time to visit Villa Lieta!

Everything brilliant.

Everything was fantastic. Anna was extremely heloful. Awesome views of Procida, the mainland mountains, and of course the Aragonese Castle right there. The room is very well equiped and decorated. Breakfast amazing. Easy to get to from the port on the number 7 bus. Ischia Ponte is more authentic and relaxing than the port area, and this is the best place to stay. A must@

Stunning views on the Terrace during breakfast. Each person had a their own portion and it was very filling (fruits, yogurt, Piadina, corneto, muesli, spreads, orange juice, coffee/tea). Ana also provided wonderful recommendations for how to spend time on the island.

We stayed in the suite on the top floor, just off the terrace area. The view was absolutely incredible. The place was very well equipped. Anna was very communicative ahead of our visit and once we were there she was on hand to give a recommendation of a local restaurant, of things to do, how to get about, etc. Every single one of her recommendations were well worth following. It was a super find and I would highly recommend it.

Easy access to all the island delivers with spectacular views of the Castello Arogonese and more. Fantastic B&B in a beautiful location. Perfect little hideaway at Ischia Pont. The accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was everything you would dream about being away on an island in Italy. Anna our host was extremely helpful, letting us book in early so we could drop off our bags and then recommending we tour the island on the local buses which stop outside the accommodation. Only wished we had stayed two nights now.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the rooms were a couple storeys up with no elevator. If you can't tackle stairs, you're better off looking elsewhere?

It's located right on Ischia Ponte, so the location for touristy stuff is outstanding. The bed was soft for Italian standards (on the firm side for American), and the view from the common balcony is absolutely perfect. It's 50 yards from the bus stop, so it's easy to get around the island.

We booked 10 different places in Italy and this was by far the best - perfect location overlooking the sea, castle and fishing boats. Recommend following host's tips for restaurants etc she really knows the area. We booked in October - so perhaps we were lucky as it was not at all crowded.

The most beautiful apartments in a stunning location with views to die for! Anna was so helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The breakfast was huge with lots of choice and served on the roof terrace when dry which is stunning. It is close to restaurants, bars, shops, bus stop and a 30 minute walk to the port. If I ever get the chance to revisit Ischia I will certainly stay here again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Anna & Rosa were perfect hosts, so generous & helpful, nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was in a perfect spot, a highlight was being able to have a wonderful breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water & the castle as a backdrop. Our room was spotless, comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the street. Would not hesitate to recommend Anna's lovely accommodation in charming Ischia.

We loved everything!

Anna was an incredible host and instantly made us feel so comfortable after a morning travel. The suite we stayed in was fabulous with all the amenities we needed and a beautiful view of the water and castle. The bed was really comfortable and it was easy to sleep. The room since it was over the main street was a bit noisy in the early morning.
