Everything was perfect! Villa itself and surrounding it is so nice, well maintaned..Our room was very clean and nice as well, furniture is a bit "old fashioned" but of course it goes along with the style of the villa. :) Breakfast was amazing, a lot to choose from and since it was warm and sunny, we were able to eat outside in the garden. Pool area great, very relaxing, clean water..nothing to complain! And last, Simone was very friendly and welcoming too. So, perfect stay and would definitely like to come back!

The walls of our apartament (La Principessa) were too thin, so we heard all the noises from the staircase.

The villa is very clean, the breakfast is delicious and Simone helped us to get all the informations we needed. Thank you for him! 😊 All the buildings and the garden has a Tuscan charm. We only regret that the pool was closed during our stay.

The noise from the street even though the street is far from the property. Maybe we were just unlucky with the wind direction.

The room was huge, it was actually more like an apartment with its own kitchen. The pool area with its view created a very enjoyable atmosphere and to dive into the italian vacation vibe. The restaurant was cozy, friendly staff and amazing food. Thank you for the short but unique experience.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to the time of the holidays so we had to dine out or bring food each night. however this was a minor thing and did not impact our trip that much. ++++++++++

The location and view was superb, the staff was incredibly helpful, big thanks to Simone. The pool was a good size and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. We both found the stay very enjoyable and would certainly look at booking again.

The area is a bit shabby. The is some noise from a nearby mainroad when outside. But a side from this, we had a perfect stay😀

Everything! We had a lovely little apartment with a kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Despite being small, it had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was an excellent bonus! Simone is great, always friendly,helpful and kind. Thank you ,Simone!

The most perfect three days we had on our month long journey through Europe! We stayed in one of the apartments and it was amazing! Kitchen facilities, in case we wanted to cook on our own. The breakfasts were beautiful and full of gourmet surprises! Staff was friendly and so helpful! Will definitely return next time in Italy!

The air conditioner didn’t work so it was very hot. There were many steps.

The bathrooms were spacious and updated. Beds comfy, staff was amazing and helped carry up bags to our room! Gorgeous grounds and excellent food.
