Too vast for me, meaning loads of walking, especially to get to restaurants which were mainly all together. The room we had needs updating rm 23104. Awful musty damp smell as you enter and despite staff spraying the rm made minimal difference. Some lamps, eg the lamp on the verandah....maintenence came but never returned. Jacuzzi bath wasn't working...maintenence out again. No air conditioning in lobby area. As a first point of call I believe reception staff should be more helpful...especially the person who does the speciality restaurant bookings....awful customer service. The personnel in food areas were much better. No room service in family section. Telephone very faint when answering.... could hardly hear the person at the other end. Housekeeping staff good

I was disappointed with the fact that they didn't meet my request and they didn't bother to inform me that they couldn't, some of the staffs weren't friendly there could be more entertainment

Since we stayed for 14 days, the food became repetitive because it was always the same.

The room size and cleanliness were very good. My grandfather was able to access the entire hotel with his wheelchair. The hotel was always lively thanks to the entertainment team; Christmas and New Year’s were great at the hotel.

I was unsatisfied with the beach and swimming area as there was too much vegetation for anyone to truly enjoy the waters. We did not use the beach or swim there once which is the whole reason for a beachfront property. The grounds and hotel is so well cared for and its obvious money is spent to keep it that way. It’s just a shame the waterfront is not

One night my husband could not come down for dinner..I wanted some food to go to him through room service..well I had to take it up to him..was alot of walking( property is very big).. that I didn't like but it was no big deal still.. Apart from that there's hardly anything else to dislike

I liked the food . It was delectable..the staff were friendly and professionaL. They let you feel at home. The service was excellent. The place was immaculately clean. The room was comfortable. The view was breathtaking from my room( pool view with sea view).. We had a great time. The kiddies section was awesome.. my daughter loved it.. They stick the minibar everyday Room was cleaned everyday I highly recommend this place..I am planning my next stay! Totally satisfied!!

Not much drivers to carry us around the property…. Had to sit and wait for a good while before someone comes around…the coffee machine wasn’t working in the room….before Yanique came i was waiting at check in for over an hour because the room wasn’t ready but I came and pre checked in an hr before check in time and even after check in time I had to wait another hour…. Not much night activities on Saturday night

Very big and full of activities, good food, friendly and fun staffs….. one person in particular stood out the most for me and that was a receptionist at front desk by the name of Yanique Samuels… she was very polite, customer service skills was excellent, she provided active listening skills and build rapport with in fact every one who was there checking in… she even went out of her way to ensure we all understood how to get in and out of the hotel and how to enjoy our stay… She needs to be a manager or something at this resort as she will certainly be a great asset for the company…. Overall tho good was great rooms were great, clean quiet and overall relaxing…
