We had to go off property for breakfast, hopefully the restaurant will be renovated in short order because the options were limited at the off site location with our breakfast voucher, they also need more options for breakfast protein as not every one eats eggs, chicken etc, we could only get callaloo as that's all they had the we ate. The bedside lights didn't work because there were no plugs near the bed but the main lights worked.

We loved the comfortable bed we haven't slept that well and felt well rested in a while, the room was very clean and had no unpleasant smells. 5/5 for that. Loved the little table with chairs that allowed us to have breakfast comfortably in our room and for the most parts the surrounding area was quiet despite it's close location to the main.

Re the pool, would prefer if it was more clean and have a more shallow area to accommodate everyone. Re the room, the bathroom was far too small with no space for more than one person at a time. Even those who are on the bigger side could not lock the door and use the sink. And finally the restaurant, I understand you are under renovation but it was an inconvenience to walk to a restaurant outside of the resort and we didn't even get drinks with our food. Had to pay for the drinks.

The rooms were amazing. The right size with many usable facilities. Location was close to many amenities yet away from the congestion of ocho Rios providing a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was quite relaxing both night time and morning.

The property is at a developing location, so there is no scenery, however in a few months or years I expect to have a more beautiful environment. I also hope that the hotel will start renovating little by little to make it great. Place a bit run down.

Pool open 24/7. Close to local transit and good restaurants. Couple minutes ride to downtown ocho. Staff friendly. Quiet stay. Good free breakfast, very good for Jamaican and standard tastes. Appreciated ease of last minute booking when other hotel had issues.

No hot water in shower, ac leaked heavily inside the room, thin doors (could hear noise from the corridor), bathroom could be a bit more modernised.

I didn't like that we had no hot water. Each time we need to take a shower, I had to inform the receptionist. They call maintenance, you get hot water, and if we need to take a shower again later that day, no hot water. The breakfast I just think it would be nice to have a variety in the morning, such as porridge or some fry ups. The breakfast the hotel currently serves, some people will like, but for some, it's too heavy on the stomach so early in the morning. So it's worth considering. I personally don't like such heavy breakfast in the morning. I also think the restaurant and bar could do with a bit of decoration to make it a bit more welcoming and fresher atmosphere where you want to sit and chill.

I like that the room was clean and it cleaned daily and was close to Ocho Rios town and beaches. The staff are pleasant and helpful. This is my second time staying at the hotel.

Pineapple is within walking distance of downtown Ochi. Affordable local restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Very basic hotel for a few nights visit.
