We had a large room, with a separated bedroom for the adults, while our kids where sleeping in 2 beds in the main room. The staff was very friendly and happy to help.

There is no adequate number of staff available to deal with the number of guests. Any order you make from the room will take minimum 30-45 mins to be delivered to your room (even a water bottle). Though we have well informed the property about our dietary requirements being vegetarian preference, there is no proper arrangement made. All we can have is pasta and pizza and eggs for breakfast

The room is quite spacious and comfortable for your stay, there are multiple swimming pools available as suitable for your need. There is Wi-Fi connectivity through the hotel property and so as till the beach area

No elevators, I let you imagine for a family with two strollers. Rooms need a serious refurbishment.

The location is amazing, hotel has a private pool for adults plus another one for kids. It has also access to a private beach which is located within walking distance.

I'd like to shine a light on the excellent service provided by the receptionist at front desk (Retaj) and room service (Kashif). Retaj was very friendly and made our experience at the hotel a delight, she always made sure that we had what we needed :) Kashif's room service was also spot on.

Our room was in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it was hard carrying bags and stroller each time.

All staff members were very friendly especially Ahmad Alshobaki, they made sure we had a pleasant stay and they were very helpful. The hotel was good and clean, with all the needed facilities, swimming pools were also clean, the hotel location is amazing.

One major disappointment was the lack of a free shuttle service to the city. Both the hotel's website and Booking mentioned this service, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not available. This caused some inconvenience and additional expenses for transportation, which I hadn't planned for. Since the resort is located outside the city, I needed to pay around 20 JOD (about US $30) for the taxi for each trip to go and return from the city. Despite this, the quality of the accommodation and the excellent service from the staff made my stay enjoyable. If the shuttle service is not crucial for your trip, Marina Plaza is a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. The food was acceptable, offering a good variety of options. All facilities _ swimming pool, the private beach and the main restaurant _ were good. The hotel's landscaping was particularly impressive. The trees, flowers, and grass were beautifully maintained, creating a serene and relaxing environment that added to the overall charm of the place.

The swimming pool closed very early in the summer season (6:00)pm, and the guys work as lifeguards are not professional to deal with hotel guests.

One of the most good things was the guy was working at a restaurant called Abdulrahman Al Enezy ...... So polite. So kind totally he deserves to be promoted to manager because i loved how he helped guests, and his smile was terrific.

Transfer to the down town was too difficult and i believe should the hotel arrange that to their guests

The all staff were so helpful and friendly !! Two ladies on the reception are awesome and so patient.
