Everything was perfect

I highly recommend Rum Jordan camp if you would like to have the unforgettable experience that me and my friends had there. Never I had that feeling that we were not simply customers but rather like guests. Name of the owner and his brother have done everything possible to make our stay smooth, answering to all our needs. I would like to say a big thank to the staff who were extremely friendly, even more than some of my own friends lol A special thank to Khalil for taking care of us for the food and all the rest and Mahmoud for accompanying us for the activities. I genuinely love you my friends! We had the chance to meet a family from New Jersey who were there to celebrate the 27th birthday of their son and they have prepared a birthday cake for him that they shared with us. Who in this individual World still do that, but they do! It was great to speak with them around a bonfire and a traditional tea during the sunset stars gazing. Yes they have a lot of activities to propose to participate including a sunrise hot air balloon with the only Jordanian captain, the other captains coming from abroad. It was interesting to listen to him explaining how he pilot a hot air balloon. I have benchmarked many camps and I have chosen this one for the diversity of activities offered but especially for the view that you can have from the windows of your bubble tent. I was speechless the first time I woke up and see the view of the desert and the mountains that seemed to be infinite as your eyes get lost in the abyss of sands like in the movie Dune. There is nothing to worry about the tents. They are extremely comfortable and answer to the quality standards in western countries with AC and good matrace which is extremely important to recover a full day in the desert with 38 degrees. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in front of the tent, discussing with my friends and admiring the view.

More attention needed on the details such as enough toilet papers, handsoap and towels, but after our request, they provided it. They might need to consider to provide the breakfast with a wider variety of foods.

The staff is really nice and helpful, they are keen to make your stay a wonderful experience. The bubble tent was huge and comfortable.

I had a night and day at rum Jordan camp and tours, thanks for my friend couse they told me to book at this hotel, really amazing moments here, small camp inside desert if you like to be comfortable, dinner was very delicious and breakfast, also we did amazing activities Jeep tour 4*4 and camel tour, I will come back couse it was incredible moments inside desert.

The room and the bathroom didnt look very clean. You dont expect much in the middle of a desert but still these things can definitely be improved.

My pick up from the wadi rum welcome centre to the camp was organized easily. The stuff was nice and very kind. The main person I contacted was not there but available via whatsapp all the time. They organized my two day tours into the protected area and right outside of it. The driver/guide I had was very nice person and tried to show and explain everyhing as much as his English allowed him but it was no problem for me at all as he really made the whole tour as enjoyable as possible for me. The room wa not a bubble tent house but much better as it had a very big window right in the front. As I was the only one staying at the camp and it is quite far from other camps, there was no artificial light pollution at night. Watching the stars in total silence in the dark was an amazing experience (which was also possible while layingo n your bed!) The breakfast and dinner was ok. as a solo woman traveller, I felt very safe all times.

The welcome we received from all the staff was amazing, Atallah was most helpful, providing all the information we needed before the trip and was a wonderful host. On our 2nd day we went on the 4hr Wadi Rum tour with lunch, Mahmood was our driver for the day and did a great job of showing all the area had to offer,he kept the group in high spirits and made the day one to remember. The lunch stop with sandboarding was another highlight of the trip. Wadi Rum truly is a special place

The perfect getaway in the heart of the Wadi Rum desert, away from the noise and lights. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the camp owner and staff are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

No heater in the shower. Power failure at dawn. You need to charge your power bank and phone before the clock ticks at 0100H.

The staff namely Fariz, Meshael and Atallah made sure that i had a safe a wonderful stay with them. The 8H tour is worth the price of 50JOD. I love the dinner, the cleanliness and the mountain and desert view from my huge window. Will i be back here in the future? Absolutely yes! Room is equipped with: -slippers -towels -2blankets -handwash soap -coat/bag/abaya rack

We thought we booked "bubble" tent but when we arrived they told us we have "regular" but we can pay extra if we want the bubble. We paid but It could be more clear to see what you are booking.

There was no hot water in the shower.

Our guide during a jeep tour was the kindest, funniest and the most dedicated person ever. Thank you, Bashir! We'll never forget the time spent together and we're looking forward to seeing you sometime again. The food was tasty and the whole staff was lovely. There was an amazing view at the sunrise from the hill above the camp.

No wifi in the room, AC works only in the PM. Owner explained that wifi does not work in the rooms/tents due to their location, mountains blocking the wifi connection. It works in the Dining/Reception Area. ( I used it on Day 2 of my stay): AC in the PM only: This camp has to use its own power source such as solar panels. Local govt. requires this, thus energy or power has to be conserved. Based on these valid explanations, I agreed that they ‘re doing their best to comply and do business. Suggestion: Explain these to guests at check-in time to avoid unnecessary complaints.

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Great tours, I did a 4 hour jeep tour and a hot air balloon at sunrise. Good food and rooms are very clean. Amazing value for money!

The staff were so friendly and made our experience incredible they got us involved and played volley ball with us. During our stay we did sand boarding, star gazing, hot air baloon and Jeep ride. The star gazing experience was one of the best, the staff made it so much fun with a camp fire, sweet treats, tea and dancing. The staff were very attentive, the food was great we had a lovely dinner great options for vegetarians. We stayed in a bubble tent, and it was lovely and clean, beds were super comfortable. Defo recommend Rum Jordan camp.
