The broken down golf carts, the loud music in the bar, the bubbles look way more luxurious in the pictures than in real life

Fantastic stay - really well looked after - fabulous facilities and great location. Definitely made the right choice choosing this hotel/camp over the vast choice. The weather contrived to unhinge our stay so Ziad on reception played a blinder by suggesting that we postpone our afternoon 3 hour 4x4 tour until 6am, but retain just the sunset element. This worked perfectly as the wind had dropped for the latter and the morning was calm and clear so we got to benefit from both iconic times of day. Great initiative. Our Bedouin guide, Shami was first class - friendly, very respectful, drove brilliantly and obviously knew the best places to take us. All up this was a 5-star experience, thank you.

We stayed over for 1 day and 1 night, this experience was absolutely amazing and exceeded both our expectations, I would visit Jordan again just for this experience. One of the staff from the registration point right before reaching hotel was forces to take the jeep safari.He was not polite and friendly.

However, the bubble panoramic roof was a bit dusty for watching the stars. Also the bubble room had some holes blowing cold air to the room. Everything else was fine.

I like everything

I love everything. The bubble spectacular. The staff incredible and very good selection of food. The starts at night is breathtaking and the activities at the camp are cheap and very nice. We did the start gazing and we have an awesome time. Thank you wadi rum bubble for an amazing stay

Nothing much, except the place is a bit pricey—but honestly, it was totally worth it.

Everything was better than we expected! We got there around dinner time, and the staff was super nice, spoke great English, and gave us a quick rundown. The dinner and breakfast buffets were awesome, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the AC worked great. Plus, we needed some first aid for my partner, and the receptionist had everything we needed and was super supportive. All in all, an unforgettable experience!
