    Excellent resort, right on the slopes. Lovely staff and rooms. Top notch breakfast. Ski Concierge amazing, everything was ready on arrival. Onsen was great. LGBTQ friendly. Highly recommend.

    Wasn't a good way to set temperature. Fluctuated between warm and warmer. Pricey, but understandable given location.

    Beautiful hotel and service with great view of slopes, easy ski access, ski storage, proximity to dining options and rentals. Buffet was also really good.

    Close to everything, shuttle buses run all day very quickly. Private onseen which is awesome of you have tattoos.

    Our room was on the same level as the carpark, but we could see the slopes!

    The breakfast was fantastic. We needed more time to sit and enjoy everything on offer. The onsen was an added bonus.

    The Furano Beef course at the restaurant was the best beef I have ever had. The staff found my room key I lost and told me and refunded the charge and loaned me an ice scraper for my car. Service was amazing and the rooms are beautifully designed and clean.

    Please signpost the outside ski concierge entry clearly versus the staff entry which only had a sign at bottom of steps, seen too late by me after I slipped in my ski boots.

    Perfect location near slopes, amazing view from our 6th floor room, the wonderful onsen was much appreciated every day after skiing, lots of variety in the buffet breakfast, ski concierge with warm apple cider and shuttle bus service brilliant.

    Hotel near grand Hirafu base and made it easy for ski. Room is clean and facilities were great especially the onsen and gym. Staff were wonderful, even addressed to my queries before our stay! The hotel also provide free shutter service to train station. Highly recommended for everyone :)

    Minor complaint is that the front entry is a bit slippery and needs some mats. (Very minor)

    Nothing.

    If a hotel could be perfect, this would be it. Location was incredibly close to Ace and King gondolas, on the main strip in Niseko. The amenities including ski concierge, concierge services, onsen and gym were amazing. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic!

    The shuttle times to Kutchan were limited but staff did their best to make things work.

    Lovely onsen, friendly staff and good service. Great breakfast and spacious rooms. Enjoyed using the gym and being able to use laundry facilities.

    I was booked a room on the 2nd floor, the room didnt have ac and when asked if was asked to leave the sliding door open. Its kinda scary because anyone can over into the room while we are sleeping. Was not happy as the middle of the night we had to take turn to open the sliding doors for a while to let nature's ac come in. I wouldn't mind if the floor was higher but it was easy accessible through the car park. Sleep was not good the rest was top notch. The staff were friendly.

    Traveling around Hokkaido, we love this hotel the most. Front desk ladies are lovely, beautiful and very capable of doing their jobs. Room is clean. View is great. Breakfast is amazing……
