Dependent on the shuttle services if you do not drive as shops were a quite a distance away.

Second time staying here. Easy to get to from haneda airport using the airport bus which stops at the hotel front door. The shuttle services to disneyland/sea and train station were also frequent enough. Rooms were spacious. Able to fit 2 large luggages easily.

Room is spacious, we got upgraded from 2 beds to 3 beds so each person got our own bed to sleep in. Shuttle bus to and fro station, disney. Love the separate bathroom and toilet. The room is luxurious and super clean. Will go back to this hotel.

The hotel was modern. The room was a bit noisy with being able to hear the people in the hallway and neighbors.

I liked the atmosphere. All the staff was friendly and helpful especially Ms. Soeda and Mr. Takenashita. The shuttles to and from the station and Disney Sea were great. I really liked that there were vending machines and laundry on every floor as well as a money exchange in the lobby. Our rooms were cleaned and beds made every day.

I came with a private car, and parked at the facility for all my stay. Parking lot is always empty, this should be offered free to guests. The bed is a bit too soft for my taste, plus, the pillow is too thin. Breakfast was quite costly in terms of variety and selection.

the staffs were nice, and always greeting nicely at each arrival when coming back to the hotel. Location-wise, it's very good. We can walk to the park next to the bay.

The breakfast buffet was much more expensive than others. The Celebration hotel breakfast is half the cost.

The beds were very comfortable, there was a coffee machine in the room, there is a konbini next door, free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney Sea, and an easy 50-60 minute bus ride from Haneda airport

The staff were exceptional at all times. We went to DisneySea and Disneyland and the free shuttle bus made this very easy. The hotel was beautiful and very pleasant to stay in and the free bus to Tokyo station was fantastic.

The amenities were great. Great service. A vegetarian dish on the menu would be like a cherry on the cake. Had a great time very convenient to travel from both airports as the airport bus comes right into the hotel. Staff even handed out umberallas to guest when it was raining to take it with them while going out. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful stay in Tokyo Bay. Staff were very nice. Easy to get to and from Disney via hotel shuttle. Wonderful breakfast (and we have had many hotel breakfasts in Japan). If you are so inclined, highly recommend a club room which gives you lounge access and all the amenities that come with it. Easy to get to and from HND airport via airport bus. You can obtain a bus ticket at HND airport and it drops you off at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. When returning to the airport, the airport bus will pick you up at the hotel and you pay on the bus…you don’t need to prepurchase a ticket…the bus ride back to the airport took about 90 minutes, so plan accordingly.
