We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Bigger space that you can open two suitcases and still have some rooms to walk! You can also change heater to air con mode which was nice when the temperature outside wasn’t too cold.

JapanThe free Wi-Fi speed is quite unstable. The front desk on the first floor gets very crowded during busy morning and evening hours.
This hotel is located in a very convenient location for getting anywhere in Fukuoka city. There are subway and bus stations in front of the hotel, and taxis can be easily caught right in front of the hotel. It is also just a 5-minute walk from Tenjin, Fukuoka's central downtown area. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and comfortable.

Location. 5 mins walk to subway station, 10 minutes walk to Tenjin shopping area. Many restaurants and convenience stores around. The room is good size for 2 of us. Not very spacious but not crampy, we were able to open both our luggage. Staff were friendly and helped with calling taxi to airport. Provided extra pillows upon request.
