Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There wasn’t a lot of cooking or cleaning tools. We were staying for a week and we had to bought a broom.
It was in a good location, a lot of space and very clean.

exceptionally good location, the apartment offers everything you need during your stay in Osaka. Check-in and check-out are as smooth as they get to be.

Didn't have dishcloths and a coffee maker.
Very clean and the location was great ! Near a train station and walking distance to Dotonbori!

The floor could benefit from a clean, otherwise everything was great.
The man in reception was very welcoming and friendly. Easy check in, able to leave bags for a few hours. Room was small but had everything we needed - washer, bathroom dryer.

Staffs at lobby were a bit weird and no one was really smiling at all. Barely say hello or anything and just do their job without any conversation. But ladies who cleans the room were so kind and smiled!

Like everything about the property, only needed a little broom and dustpan for sweeping the place since we were there for 2 weeks.
Very clean, have everything needed in the kitchen for making tea, cooking and warming up food. Walking distance to train station and Kuromon Market.

There's dryer in the bathroom, washing machine, fridge, microwave, they also provide the branded shampoo, body shampoo, you can save your luggage, can do laundry everyday, very spacious. Really love it

Keep in mind front desk hours are very limited. I saw no one after I checked in but I was fine with this.
Great value,.no frills hotel. Good location and rooms were good size. Small kitchenette, washer and clothes drying in the shower room were so great to have.

The location is 10 minutes from most of the main tourist areas, but in a quiet street. Food is everywhere, restaurants, corner stores and supermarkets.

I hope the property will provide vacuum as you need to clean your own room
The place is near the Nipponbashi station which is a few minute walk to the hotel. Konbini and grocery store are also accessible. They have a big room, toilet and shower area are separated which we really like.

We stayed two weeks, so some cleaning products (vacuum cleaner) would have been appreciated and there wasn’t any available frying pots or pans.
Excellent location, ten minute walk away from Dotonbori and train stations and very close to Kuromon markets. Top floor was very quiet, minimal traffic noises. Great to be able to close off the bedroom. Excellent to be able to have the washer/dryer.

Not much to fault here, review would be excellent if the bathroom was slightly bigger as the bath tub was small.
It was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. It was also quiet and the staff were very friendly.

toilet separated from sink and shower.
Dryer/cooler/heater/air filter function in shower. We were able to wash clothes with provided detergent and washer and dried them in shower. Hotel seems new-the furnishings etc. Minutes walk away from Kuromon Market.

The reception times were a bit inconsistent, we saw many people waiting outside for someone to come check them in.
Amazingly located a stone throw from Kuromon market (and Namba and Dotombori) but in a quiet street with a combini right next to it. Decent sized apartment with balcony. It was great to have a washing machine for private use.

The bottom of the bed was a bit dusty.
I like how prompt they were when I message them. They responded immediately to my questions even though it was in the evening. They also provided free washing detergent and garbage bags for me as I was there for 12 days.

Big apartment considering Japan standards. Love their shampoo and conditioner! The staff was accommodating but having limited hours in reception, it was hard to have my package delivered to the hotel because there was no one to receive it. But we still had a comfortable stay in PG Kuromon.

Awesome apartment hotel in Osaka. We can wash our clothes daily and dry it in the bathroom. Saves packing a alot of things.

had trouble finding the building. the address on listing and sent, mapped me a block away.
Walkable distance to namba, kurmon market, dontonbori. A lot of small restaurants around the area. Very convenient location. Wifi speed was good 60mb/s. Room size good for one person, two would be still okay.

Lack of cleaning equipment like a vacuum or even a broom to keep the place clean during our stay. Only 1 toilet, 1 bathroom for a family of 6, and everyone has to sleep together in 2x double bed setup in a single studio like space.
Clean apartment and spacious by Japan standard. Dishwasher, and basic cooking equipment helps with simple meal prep when you're sick of eating out.

The room is kind of small, but I think it is the usual in Tokyo.
Very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Super close to a famous temple and the subway, which connects everywhere easily. The room had a mini fridge, which helped a lot.
