One thing I didn’t like was the mold (on the windows and bathroom corners)

It’s easy to locate. It’s very convenient for travel around the city and close to few shopping areas. From the airport the express bus stop is really close. At first I was worried about the size of the room but it’s perfect for solo travelers. The complementary items were really good such as popcorn, udon etc. The property is also clean.

The room is extremely small, have to be very careful when climbing up to the bed. Not suitable for elderly people.

They provide free comics for the customers to read. They also provide free drink bar, udon, popcorn, bread and jam, etc. You can rent things for free to go to the beach like goggles, beach sandals, etc.

The mattress was incredibly thin, you could feel the boards underneath. There wasn't anything to dry the bathroom after taking a shower.

The place has all you need, in a good location with combini and everything close by. The front staff are really kind and accommodating.

The bed has a quite thin mattress and also the wall/ceiling came out over the bed which meant you had to be careful when you get in or out of bed since it’s a ‘top bunk’. Great they offer the free things I mentioned above but I felt like every time I used it, there would be a member of staff watching everything you do in the area, which is a rubbish feeling

They offered free Udon, Popcorn, Soft Drinks and Coffee, which I appreciated. The room was a good size and layout, which was just right for the stay

Double bed is more like one and a half bed. It's ok for a few nights.

The loft unit is small and cramped. Stairs/ladder up the loft is steep. Perfect for 1 person, a little tight for 2.

Free drinks and simple snacks round the clock. Unique design with focus on environmental protection. The room is clean and the hotel is located near a large mall and other amenities.

The loft was interesting: the room was small, bed was quite narrow and the toilet was not the most comfortable. However, the pictures are truthful, so the room was as I expected it to be.

The location was good and the complimentary services were a nice bonus. The hotel was a little on the shabby side, but the price was reasonable and the room, as well as the common rooms, were clean. All in all, I was happy to stay in Hotel Stork.

As a repeater guest and having been a guest at plenty accomodation, I can easily say most of the staff members are warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I have noticed a staff member whom I later found from mainland Sendai area cannot even smile to the guests. I personally witnessed her interaction with an older Japanese guest. She couldn't even welcome the older Japanese guest with a slight smile. Even if a guest walks past the front desk returning from outside, there is no welcome back or quick head bow. How can such a person work at a front desk of a hotel? She clearly doesn't like her job and doesn't respect the company.

The location is where you can experience the local life, shopping options,and near monorail Omoromachi station. Okinawa prefecture museum is across the street less than 5 minutes away. There are plenty of food court or eatery options at the mall that is also few minutes of walking distance.
