Great location near shopping area. Relax ambience and super friendly front desk staff that makes your day. The room is nicely decorated and we were given a higher floor river facing room that’s super comfortable. Onsen/ public bath helps to wash away the weary days after long hours of shopping.

ThailandWe previously stayed here for a night before leaving to Beppu and coming back. The staffs kept our luggages for us, which was a huge help! The rooms we booked were the twin room with river view (one corner). The hotel was able to fulfill our request of having the rooms close. The rooms were spacious, with a huge sofa to relax on. With all our luggages and sofa, the room still had plenty of space. The view from the room was especially nice too, we could see the Hakata Port Tower!! The location of the hotel is nice too, just a few minutes away from the Nakasu station (which is two stations away from Hakata Station and one from Tenjin Station!!). Ichiran ramen's headquarters is around here too!! Canal City Hakata is also around 10+ minutes away, walked by the river... Really nice! Stayed for a total of 1+5 nights! Really enjoyed our stay, recommended the hotel to all my friends🤩!

ThailandThe room we booked was the premier twin room with river view on the sky floor. The room fits 4 person, the beds were big and comfortable. With all our luggages, the room was still spacious. Really love the sofa area, so comfy! The view from the room was especially nice too, we could see the Hakata Port Tower!! The location of the hotel is nice too, just a few minutes away from the Nakasu station (which is two stations away from Hakata Station and one from Tenjin Station!!). Ichiran ramen’s headquarters is around here too!! Canal City Hakata is also around 10+ minutes away, walked by the river… Really nice!

AustraliaNot much. I didn't feel like the humidifier in the room worked well, but then I wasn't expecting one to be there at all. Check-in desk was located in a weird position and made the experience feel a little underwhelming. Not important in the grand scheme of things, but just seems less special than e.g. Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu in Tokyo.
The rooms were more stunning in person than in the photos. We booked two rooms (one corner king and one king on higher level). The higher level rooms definitely benefit from being elevated above traffic in terms of noise, but I preferred the grandeur of the corner king. The baths were very appreciated as were the washing machines located on every other floor. Beer selection at the bar on level 3 near the baths was pretty good and convenient when you're waiting for the washing machine. Location was good. Short walk to main shopping areas or to train station if you needed to go further. Day car rental over the road which was great for a trip to Itoshima.

United StatesAbsolutely loved the live music when we arrived on Friday. Friendly staff, my wife loved the women's hot tub. We enjoyed the bar everyday all week. The room was hella small though... Super dusty also, had to get the humidifier working otherwise the dust was too much... The best part of the room was that insane shower water pressure! I need to bring that back to the states with me! The location was also great. The city center was a block or two away. All the food and nightlife at your fingertips! Shopping across the street, so many options.

AustraliaThe irons and ironing boards are all located on level 3 and there are none in the room, similar to some European hotels. A fair trek to a room to iron a few things, which isn’t really in keeping with the class of hotel. Breakfast was ok, but expensive for what it was. Suggest going instead to a local cafe. All tea and coffee supplies are on the reception level that you need to bring up to the room yourself.
Great onsen and sauna, with a lounge area as well. The rooms are a great size and attention to detail is evident in the preparation. The rooms are modern, beds are comfortable.
