The room was quite small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids are ages 5 and 8 so definitely wouldn’t fit 2 teenagers and 2 adults.

It was in a quiet location, so close to Otsuka station and plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

No bottled water in the room but can drink tap water. Was bit of a squish with to luggage for 3 of us.

Loved the area. Our favourite. Not touristy but lots of convenience stores within 5 mins and metro. Choice of where to eat not far. Tram stop a Few mins away- just what we wanted after long hot days. Beds comfortable, air com unit in room. 2 big fluffy pillows each. Really clean. Fridge was a bonus on the heat.

My friend and I arrived later in the evening (after informing the hotel in advance and they graciously accommodated) and were checked in quickly and efficiently. The hotel was very well seated near a metro stop, the big 3 konbinis, and several excellent restaurants, making the venue both quick and easy to locate and convenient for our journey.

Just fabulous! this place was the highlight of our holiday in Japan. Easily accessible, lovely location with all the amenities needed, but as busy as Ueno etc. We will definitely be back

The room and bed design made it spacious for our family of 4 to chill and mingle. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it's very near to the JR line train station. Counter staffs were helpful and friendly. The lobby lounge becomes lively at night with good music.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. There is such a calm environment there. The location is supper convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I had a wonderful time with my children.

Loft style room not necessarily ideal for tall people! But at least we could open two suitcases at same time!

Whilst not exclusive to this hotel, it would have been helpful to offer a travel cot to save guests having to bring their own from home. We found the room had plenty of space for one.

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 young children (4 & 13 months) and found the room to be bright and spacious with plenty of storage. A decent sized bathroom with both a bath and shower. Comfy beds. Welcoming and approachable staff with filling breakfast. The location was amazing for us being close to main train lines but in a less busy area.

Up top bed and low ceiling under bed up top just need to watch your head. Not hanging in room anyway.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place with great access to transport. It’s just a short walk from the train station, which made it super easy to get around. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll find a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and many local restaurants. There’s also a Family Mart directly opposite the hotel, which was very convenient for snacks and essentials.

The mezzanine in the room was a bit low but not a deal breaker.

Really well designed accommodation. Extremely comfortable room, with a lot more space than we were expecting. The little loft bedding area was a big hit with our daughter! Great location-wise as well - only a couple of minutes walk to a main station. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great. Will definitely be back!

We loved that it was near the train station so it was to easy to go to the different sites in Tokyo. We loved the design of the room maximizing the space with the cubicles under the stairs to store our luggages and clothes. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There were also a lot of restaurants around the area.

interior design around bathroom is a little disastrous - no place to put cloths while taking shower, had to reach towels across the entrance passage. Felt like the designer only realised this after finishing the design and added a curtain so people taken the shower can reach the towels with some privicy. Guess not an issue for couples.

cozy room with decent breakfast, personally love the mezzanine bed space.
