Staff was friendly once we arrived at the hotel. However, communication was difficult before - they didn't pick up the phone, nor reply to emails or booking.com messages. I tried first to book through their website but it didn't work, they said that it's because they increased the prices (but didn't update the website). Through booking it was ok. Some minor details: the road to the hotel is a littlebit rough and here was a weird smell in the room. According to a sign at the reception, guests have to pay separately to swim, but I didn't use (or even see) the pool.

Clean room, staff was helpful and I got a twin room instead of a double as I had requested.

Close to the South lake road - meaning you are close to exploring Lake Naivasha via boat safari etc. Very peaceful and quiet place, a few hundred meters away from the main road. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Friendly host/manager.

The rooms could do with bedside lamps or switches, bedside tables and more coat hangers. The subscription for the pay Tv has not been renewed.

The place is quiet and cosy, a true country feeling. the rooms are extremely neat, and the restaurant has a nice country feel. The restaurant staff are very courteous and responsive, ready to explain and respond to questions. The wifi in the room is very steady, for both Youtube streaming and listening to online radio. An extra blanket provided in the room is very helpful for cold nights.

In the swimming pool, there were some young men making a lot noise with their loud speakers the whole day. So we swam only early in the morning and in the evening. For your future expansion, we recommend you to install some comfortable chairs to relav at the pool...

Booking there was some difference between my online booking and what the resort actually received as my booking. i had to stand by my own booking details .. such errors shouldn't be there since check in and check outs should be smooth.. am still glad the issue was resolved Location / Accessibility dirt road to access hope the road can be worked on. expand your driveway to the resort, 2 incoming cars cant fit 1 has to go back to allow the other passage Breakfast Could be better, for the category class of the resort i cant complain much Clean/hygiene the 1st room i was offered was just bad (room 15), bathroom mirror burnt, exposed wires, stained toilet, no toothpaste/toothbrush, no slippers.. i raised my issue at the office and requested a change in room and they gladly did so.. the other room was better but some items had to be added. swimming pool open to the Public i understand , maybe try and allocate some time difference between the people who actually booked and the public .. i tried accessing it very early in the morning since it was quiet and free but the pool was extremely dirty from the previous day...

The shower was not working. Shower head is blocked and was barely removing any water and water was not hot. They also do not offer toothpaste nor bathroom flip flops.

Nothing, everything was exceptionable!

Breakfast was great, road was a little rough to get there but it wasn't far, just drive slow! Employee named Hermuton Kinyori was exceptionally helpful. He did everything, cook work the desk, helped with bonfire for us. I hope he is getting paid well! Other gentleman was extremely helpful, didn't get his name. Was instructing people with swimming lessons. Set up bounce house for my friends kids. Lovely individuals!
