Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LuxembourgThe gym would need more care as well as the pool table on the top floor. The evening bar needs a renovation. There should be lamps on the night tables. Their absence is most regrettable. Rooms should be provided with aircon or fans. All messages are bilingual including Chinese. Why is the message for saving water (everywhere in the hotel) only in English?
We stayed a week. Excellent bed/mattress and pillows Staff is dedicated and friendly Laundry service most diligent. Reception very efficient. Wonderful view from the top floor. Rooms are big, the bed is big, that’s great. The location in Kilimani is great for going to CBD.

IndiaFirst there is no AC in the room and it's hot like anything outside and can't stay in the room. After enquire they said to open the windows:). Still not good no fan. The bathroom fixtures are broken. Overall it's a okay stay.
