Fantastic place along the river. Wonderful staff. Location an easy walk to many sights. Amenities great. Room was spacious and comfortable.. cannot wait to return.

A great place to use as a base for visiting Vientiane. Well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great roof-top restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. 10-minut walk to the night market and short taxi ride to the sights of Vientiane. Recommend a room a river view and balcony.

A pool would have made it perfect. Not impressed either with the rooftop restaurant, either the quality and definitely the inflated prices.

The view, the balcony, the magnificent breakfast choice, the Fred Sirieux-a-like front of house master, the chilled Parisian vibe.

Bathroom was smelly. Restaurant offered average quality touristic menu. Would be good if Management can consider giving it more character by offering more of the Local or French original flavour.

Well-appointed rooms. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, with a lovely view of the Mekong, especially at sunset. Helpful and attentive staff. 12-minute walk to the Night Market. Good selection of outdoor restaurants nearby serving fresh seafood.

My only point would be that they do not serve glasses of wine. For a hotel that prides itself on high quality wines, it seems strange that they do not have a house wine by the glass. Even more strange that we were given a glass of rose on arrival as a welcome drink. If they sort this out, and you like a glass of wine, then we would highly recommend. If you don’t like wine, we highly recommend.

A lovely hotel located close to the river and in walking distance of cafes. Staff were very helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was very welcome! We ate there too - on the rooftop restaurant - great views and lovely breeze. We were well looked after. Only there one night - should have stayed longer.

The sliding door of the bathroom wasn't easy to move and we were not able to fully close it. Probably just for the room we stayed in. It would be great if the facility could fix it.

We stayed at La Seine on the very last leg of our trip in Laos. It was a refreshing stay after the sub-par and overpriced accommodations we had stayed at previously during our travel. We had a great lunch and had a comfortable night in the spacious room with a king beg. Clean and comfortable spacious bathroom.

Barely adequate food. It didn’t matter much because one tends to eat out most of the time but the night I arrived, it was late and I could have done with a decent menu.

Very decent rooms and bathrooms and a good location not far from the airport.
