Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

LithuaniaThe hotel needs some renovation. The wallpapers at the corridors were partially peeled off. There was black mold between the tiles at the bathroom(only in those places that were a bit difficult to reach for cleaning staff), the were cracks on the sink in our room, the bathroom ventilation was poor- the mirror was heavily fogged after taking a shower. Small parking lot.
The staff was helpful, although the check-in process took long time, which was strange. And not only for me. It took about 10 minutes. I don't know if there were computer-related problems, but probably that was the reason. Really good breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel/s neighborhood is nice to walk around, especially in good weather . As I lived in 11th floor, I had a really nice view through my window with huge park and nicely illuminated TV tower. The room was really big, comfortable beds and ability to iron my shirt and trousers. As I lived here because of 2-day conference, I really liked the conference hall. It is really big with many projectors that help to see the presentation for every participant.

United KingdomNot great at sorting issues .... The bath had no plug! - rang reception and they said no one could come and look until the next day, by which time we would have checked out... pretty poor position to take for a 4 star hotel as it wasn't late. Then they said we would have to move rooms.... last thing we wanted but we packed up again, but then they did send someone up to take a plug from another room, but it didn't really work well as the water was still going down the drain even with the plug, but it slowed it quite a bit, so was able to have a bath of sorts, with the tap running! The hotel has no gym/pool/sauna etc. - Booking do not say it has, so that is accurate, but would be good if it did as most hotels of this standard have some sort of provision for such - some other sites still list it as having them, so we were still hopeful it might, but seems they perhaps never reopened them after Covid.
Hotel overall felt like good quality hotel; we asked for a high floor and were given a high floor (though note that the view wasn't particularly interesting. Hotel was very quiet during our stay. Staff were friendly. Room had a bath. We were there for parkrun which is just a few hundred metres away - the road the hotel is on ends up in the park and the start and finish are on the same road. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water, a mini bottle of prosecco and a cake, which was a nice touch. Room had minibar, safe etc. as would be expected. Would stay here again for sure.

United KingdomRestaruant was used for reception and unavailable on Friday and our bar closed at 10pm. The Bar was closed on Saturday and we were intially told the restaurant was booked for a private dinner! After complaining we were offered a table for 2 with a 30 minute wait. Given that the food was very good.
Hotel was really quiet with guests, but had a wedding reception and conference meals going on in the evening.

LithuaniaAnd an untidy bathroom. The floor was with dark hair, there were 3 bottles of soap- shampoo- soap with dry flows soap and shampoo on it. Toilet paper. That's all. Towels yes, but although with hair. So I cleaned the whole bathroom for having a bath there. There were not carpets(
The location is very good. From your window you can see television tower or Vilnius center, if you are on the other side. Room was not small. I lived in double room Floor was +/- clean. There was not centras lamp. Only 2 smalls near bed and on table. And it was too dark. If you need only sleep there it's ok. Small refrigerator was there, but it was off. Television, tee, coffee, sugar - 2 packeges (sticks, teabags) of each.

LithuaniaThere was someone smoking in a nearby room, and a significant amount of smoke infiltrated our room. Additionally, the room lacked single-use slippers, which, given the presence of carpeting, presented a hygiene concern.
The property boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the city center, offering a stunning view from the window. The breakfast provided is standard, with no additional remarks.

United KingdomOn arrival I was advised about likely noise from a party on 16th floor, which was clearly audible as soon as you entered the elevator. Having been allocated a room on the 10th floor this surprised me. I asked for a quieter room but got no response. On entering my room the noise was clearly heard. Reception had advised the noise should stop at Midnight, but in the event it continued till gone 3am! No plug in the bath meant I was unable to take a bath before retiring and no milk in the room meant only black coffee.(I don’t drink black coffee)

LithuaniaOn 15th floor it's a bit loud at Saturday nights as on 16th floor there is a restaurant with music and there might be some party's going on. In my case it's OK, but if you prefer rather quiet room, ensure you specify at the time of booking that you want a quiet room.
