Can get noisy. It is situated on one of the main roads and it seems like there's cars or people around 24 hours.

Very good, quality hotel in a great position for the old town. The restaurant is excellent. Dominic the bar manager is an asset to the hotel.

We had some struggles with the climate control but managed to make the room comfortable in the end. The shower was warm but would sometimes briefly turn colder. The blanket was too small for the size of the bed. We had trouble connecting our devices to the tv, I think that Netflix doesn’t allow the option anymore.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of a shopping street and very close to the old town (and Christmas market). The hotel was decorated for Christmas, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly, at check-in and at breakfast. The bed in our room was large and comfortable. We had requested a quiet room specifically and it was, we didn’t hear any other guests during our stay. The breakfast was complete and we were happy to eat in the renovated, historic dining room. We also had dinner there and were impressed by the chicken Kiev and beef stroganoff.

Gym opening hours and also breakfast opening hours. Would like the gym to have been 24/7 as the 7am - 10pm schedule didn't work well for me. Breakfast starting at 6:30am would have also been preferable - Minor points of feedback - Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly; particularly the front desk/Reception staff. The hotel was clean and had really good facilities. I ate in the restaurant and would also compliment the food; it was delicious.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The stuff are very attentive in polite. The location was very good for us and the breakfast was fair.

Hand soap and tissues ran out and were not refilled. Breakfast is quite expensive. Umbrellas were not for free. Soundproofing was not great.

Very clean, modern hotel in a good location. It is just outside of the old city and near the Occupation and KGB MUseum, which is worth vistiting. They offer a very tasty breakfast. The staff is cheerful and helpful.

The area for the coffee machine and juice in the breakfast bar is very cramped and makes it difficult to get around others trying to get their drinks.

The hotel offers comfort, class and convenience. We did not expect to be so close to all the sights, restaurants and activities. Our large studio apartment was just what we needed to enjoy our time in Vilnius.

The only issue was one night we could hear either pipes or a generator making noise through the night, but that wasn't really anyones fault

Hotel location was perfect, everything you need is right on the doorstep. The hotel was stunning and the staff friendly and always on hand if you had any questions. Shops, restaurants, bars and coffee for days!!!! Will be coming again!

Breakfast had very little variety, the waitresses were not very helpful, and many items were missing.

The hotel was in a great location, the reception staff was very professional, and the hotel itself was beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

The reception staff is unprofessional and unable to show positive emotions towards guests. At least some of them do. The shelves in our room were dusty during the entire stay - 8 days.

It is a great offer regarding the price. The location is excellent if you are tourists. The breakfast is rich and tasty except the poor coffee.
