Parking was a nightmare especially for an E car 🚗, I feel some sort of control should be in place so that others guests have the chance to charge their cars and the space not be blocked by people parking for over 12hrs as I noticed. Luckily there are quick chargers a few kms away but then no parking spaces on return . This was my only fault with this hotel.

Very nice hotel, room bright and spacious. Bathroom facilities good, would have preferred a bath though, but clean and modern. Restaurant was good, very quick, nice meal . Staff very nice and helpful. Dogs were allowed which was awesome 👌

Not much to dislike. (I would maybe try to lower the prices for the parking?)

The staff was helpful amd friendly. We had a small gift for our child, which is a nice touch. They have a microwave to heat up yhings if needed (we needed to heat up the milk). The location is very nice 5 stations with the tram from the heart of the city (mind that the tram is going very often!!!). The rooms were clean, the hotel is doing all it can to be environmentally mindful. Internet was easy to connect and very fast.

The only set back was the breakfast experience . It was meant to be between 6 and 10am . However, it was disappointing to see the restaurant staff starting to remove all food labels 15 minutes before end time of 10am . People were still arriving and choosing food that they have paid extra for , but were puzzled as to what some of the items were ; especially the cheeses , yoghurts, cold meat, and jam selections because of the lack of labels. By 10am everything was cleared and even tea and coffee machines were turned off . One of the staff members had the hoover out too while people were still finishing their breakfasts . It felt like guests were not welcome after 10 am in the restaurant. It felt like we were at a cheap eatery . It’s not really acceptable at a well known establishment . We stayed in 5 different hotel chains on this trip around Belgium ,France , Switzerland, and finally Luxembourg was our last stop before getting back to The Netherlands so we wanted to end the trip on a high note, hence chose Novotel . The facilities , reception staff were amazing , but the breakfast let the hotel down .

The receptionist was very polite and thorough . He explained and gave us all the information we needed instantly.

Didn’t like that a receptionist lady told me that I had to pay for the parking on the street on Saturday (which was not true!) and that another receptionist lady did not allow my kids to use the babyfoot in the lobby « they might make noise» (while groups of tourists were actually making much more noise that my kids could have ever done - really).

It is located closer to a bunch of buildings so not a great view from the window.

Convenient location, easy access to city centre via tram line. They have a kids play area to keep the kids occupied. They had arranged a few entertainment events for kids during Easter. Clean rooms. Provided enough drinking water via water filters.

Charging of car is possible and car parking is onsite and is free for guests. Another good part is the restaurant.

The room is huge and it has all the possible comfort! The shower is just amazing. The beds are spacious and you can connect your phone to the tv to watch whatever you want

It was spring, not winter. The ACs were not functional because the hotel said its winter, however the outside temperature was not exactly like winter. This made the room very stuffy and warm which was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Nice and clean room, good space.. Tram starts very close to the hotel and is free in to the town centre, every 4-6 minutes, ideal.
