Not enough amenities for the number of visitors, we had to ask for towels and tissues. The cleaning system was not explained well and we had full bins waiting to be taken for a few days and no replacement bin bags.

Location is great with restaurants and supermarket 5 mins walk away. Boat to rabat is also 5-10 mins walk. Friendly staff

Convenient location with splendid views from balconies. Plenty of amenities on-site to enjoy. Sale Medina is a short walk and Rabat is a boat ride away. We were able to explore both cities easily during the day and at night. The apartment is secure, and offers everything to make your stay comfortable. It's spacious and welcoming.

The maintenance of the apartment is not very good. Needs updating. The breakfast location is not convenient at all and the breakfast was not pleasing.

The location is perfect ,appartement is huge and there is a space for 3 of us (parents with 1 child 14 years old) Khadija the host is great always ready to help and she is answering all ur calls All kitchen equipments r there really nice appartement There is a lot of restaurant coffee shop around also the palce is closed to a big supermarket u can do all ur groceries from there Nice view , nice and huge balacony, I love the place I will go back to the same place in mu future travels to rabat

The whole apartment needs refurbishing. A lot of damp through it plus floor boards coming up. Beds not comfy. Shower head fell off in one of the bathrooms. On arrival only two towels and there was four of us and didn't bring the other two until lunch time the next day. Breakfast was quite a walk but pleasant.

The location was brilliant. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was great.

There were a few drawbacks: getting there, returning to Rabat, and the doors. My Sale friend had warned me that while beautiful, getting there was going to be challenging and take a while. He undersold it. Small cabs won't cross the bridge, and because we were already at the Rabat marina, we took a little blue rowboat the 75 metres to Sale. I will spare you the visual of an obese woman trying to gracefully board a rocking rowboat, but safe to say it was more cannonball than swan lake. The getting out is probably viral somewhere on TikTok. Once in Sale, there is no clear sign to the residence. The apts I thought were the marina apartments were in fact in front of them. Khadija met us and took us to our place. It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach depending on how badly you want to be seen in a swimsuit; my son loved his first dunk in the ocean. The next two problems were the same: we couldn't lock the door, then we couldn't unlock it. Khadija again appeared quickly and locked it for us. When we returned, neither I nor the guard could open it. She immediately came over and showed us the 'trick'. What I later realized was that the sliding deck doors also didn't lock (the door and locking device didn't actually line up). We hadn't thought to ask about breakfast the night before and so weren't able to enjoy that as we had to be in Rabat early. Getting back was another adventure. Hoping to avoid the boat adventure again, we tried for a large taxi. The guards pointed optimistically in the distance and assured me it was there. Like a mirage, the longer we walked, the less it seemed to appear. I eventually asked a local lady (our angel Agal) who walked us to the taxi stand. Few and far between and none stopped. After about 10 minutes we all opted for the tram which was slick and smooth....and until it broke down immediately after crossing the bridge.

A loud shout-out to Khadija who is a friendly, helpful host who went way above and beyond for my son and I. The apartment was quite large and nicely furnished and decorated. The air conditioning worked quickly and well which we appreciated after some time on the beach. There is a large kitchen if you wanted to cook, and a specious living area for the family. Though I booked a 1 bedroom, we had a large adult room (double/queen bed with loads of storage space) plus a second twin bed room for kids. There were two large bathrooms (one with deep tub) that, again, helps gets everyone ready and out the door. While we were checking in, Khadija contacted the local pharmacy and had my medication renewed. She then went and picked them up (I didn't ask her to) and refused a gratuity as thanks. A very amiable host.

There was only one Beach size towel for 4 people!! We had to buy towels at the supermarket. No wifi! Flies all over. Whatsup did not work. Noisy.

There is no heating in the rooms and it is very cold at night in the winter months so be prepared. It is over priced, you can find better places in the city much cheaper. The Wifi was extremely slow and hardly worked. Kettle was disgusting. The water takes a long time to heat up. Only two towels provided for the entire stay. The place needs some decorating and repairs.

It is located in a secure and safe neighbourhood.
