Very touristy, lots of people and street facing rooms had bad sound proofing. Facilities a bit dated.

The hotel team was amazing, especially Houssam and Sanae on the reception! Because of them my experience was much better and I even got an upgrade.

Sometimes there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning. The shower is over the bath which might not suit everybody.

Spacious with a very good location looking onto the beach. The bar/ terrace is a lovely place to sit and have a coffee or beer if you don't mind the steepish prices.

The staff can vary from quite good (most) to a bit more negligent (a few). No heated pool at Christmas, gym okish but could be better (a bit small)

Nice and rather large bedrooms, the a-la-carte restaurant was very good plus a good quality room service reasonably priced , great location in front of ocean (the beach is extremely large and quite nice especially for long walks) in a quieter area still within easy walking from the Medina and Port

Some staff at reception and in the bar certainly could engage with customers more. Rooms expecially bathrooms, towels and patio tiles and pool furniture etc definitely needs updating. Aircon room 241 was totally ineffective and convinced it actually blew out warm air (when set to cool). We had the window open so not too much of an issue in February (although i did get some bites) but it would put us off staying in Atlas when it gets hotter. Room cleaning was not consistent during our 3 day stay, only one water glass for two people, wine glass/cuttlery not removed. Our room card had to be reactivated numerous times even when not stored close to phone. It's a silly complaint but like other reviewers toilet paper very poor quality and I'm not sure saving the hotel any money! .

Opposite the beach and a very handy 15min walk to the Medina or very easy get a petit taxi (10dh) on the main road outside. Spacious room with small fridge, good breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly staff in the dining room especially the lovely lady cooking omelettes and pancakes. Public areas are very well appointed with stylish furniture, lovely art and very relaxing. It was off season so it was very quiet and peaceful by the pool and day beds in the garden. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm and get a late check-out of 2:30pm which was great. We only ate once at lunch and bar food it was grand. It was lovely watching the sun go down in the evening at the front bar and drinks before/after heading out (great guitarist each night, not too intrusive). Overall Atlas exceeded our expectations as some of the reviews were quite negative. It was off season, hopefully they can improve before peak times.

We knew beforehand that the hotel was next to a main road, and therefore there would be some noise from the passing traffic - but the location and outlook met our needs perfectly for this part of our visit.

Accommodation was as described. Met expectations. Beach location with great outlook, 15/20 minute walk from Essaouira medina. Good to have more space and calm after extensive travelling, and staying in local guest houses where there tends not to be much light.

We were on the top floor and we could hear the air conditioning.

Great location for walking. I would recommend the ocean views. We didn't eat in the hotel, no review. The staff was very nice, rooms clean, etc. Great weekend ♥️

There was absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms. Constantly heard doors banging and furniture being dragged on the floor above. The room was a "junior suite" but it was too cramped with all the furniture that was stuffed into a relatively small place. The accommodations felt generally "tired" and in need of an update.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable; right in front of the beach and within 10 minutes of the Medina. The breakfast buffet was great. The room had a great view and the lobby was quite impressive.

Breakfast is not good. Coffee is a kind of sweet powder. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed. Very few choices. But there are lots of alternatives outside the hotel.

Overall a good place to stay but requested additional child bed not made up on arrival in the evening . Night staff seemed reluctant and did not make the children’s bed properly-bordering on rude. Paint in the bath peeling badly and shower holder falling off the wall.

The swimming pool was freezing even though it was August. Perhaps solar panels could be used to pump warm water into the pool (it works in other hotels). The gym was hidden away from view, I used it. The bedroom had no drawers to lay clothes out such as T-shirts and underwear.

The lovely reception staff were helpful and friendly. The beautiful lady cooking omelettes for breakfast was marvellous, so patient with so many guest demands. The room was clean and comfortable. But why no drawers for unpacking clothes? A wardrobe is great, but you need drawers as well.

Great location. Beach front view with beautiful sunrise and sunset. Spacious room with lounge. Walkable distance to the Medina and harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Room service was good. Kindly given an upgrade which was appreciated.
