Furniture in room had chipped pain on desk and outside lounge chairs and the shower room by the pool did need to be cleaned out some.

My room had a balcony on the street, fourth floor, and it was quite noisy. The general vibe of the hotel is not high quality, but I guess it is ok for a short stay. Room from others rooms was also noticeable.

The hotel is very professional and prepared to receive international tourists. It is located in Gueliz, a vibrant commercial area with many shops and easy-to-access taxis. Reception staff are available 24/7 and speak many languages to accommodate guests. The pool-side tables are nice for having a coffee or a beer, and the Wi-Fi works well. The room has a good shower, a comfy bed, and a spacious room.

I liked the hotel, but the pillows where a bit thick and didnt sleep as confortable than usually. Beds where good, but pillows a bit thik, at least for my taste. The area of the hotel is a bit boring, not much to see. But at least is near the airport.

All the staff of the hotel was very nice and help full. Also the buffet breakfast was quite good.

Bathroom was very basic, it would need refurbishing. We missed a rug on the floor, especially in the bathroom.

Upon arrival we were put on the top floor in a room with no balcony but after asking we were moved into a nice street-looking room with a balcony. We enjoyed so much sitting on the balcony. Choose the street-looking rooms, the internal courtyard can be noisy in the evening. we liked the breakfast, especially the grill selection. The bed was was nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly, especially at the reception.

I was disappointed that there were no sunbeds as shown in the photos. Plenty of people were trying to sunbathe but had to use the chairs at the tables. There is construction going on near the hotel so it’s noisy from 7am.
