Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyReally beautiful remote location. Was really nice to hang out in the daybeds by the pools. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The dinner menu was small but with plenty of tasty dishes (a few vegetarian options would have been nice though). The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful.

PanamaNothing apart of the check-in process being a bit expedited. For such a beautiful place it deserves to take the time to show the facilities and offer a welcome drink.
Very nice facilities with the 2 pools, relaxing, good staff, magical place in the middle of the desert, close to Marrakech. Great food options, good breakfast.

United KingdomWe stayed in the explorer tent, it was comfortable but having a marquee business back home we noticed the tents could be tightened more securely. In the night we had a lot of wind and it was noisy which didn’t bother me for 1-night stay but would any longer. This would be resolved by earplugs and offering these to guests is a great idea, take your own in case. When there’s no wind it’s fine! But note to caravan, tighten your ropes on your stretch tents ;)
The food and drinks are phenomenal, some of the best we had in Morocco. The staff are amazing, in particular the yoga teachers Berit & Regina. We loved doing the free yoga classes and was a beautiful experience which turned into making lifelong friendships! We enjoyed watching sunset from the restaurant and chilling out here. There’s lots of activities daily and was a great landing spot for us before we continued onto the mountains. We had private transfers arranged by caravan and our driver was great - we realised later as we continued our travels it was over double what we paid elsewhere but know the driver is based in agafay and works for the hotel, it was worth it though for the comfort and convenience, we even tipped their driver despite the higher prices as he was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Just note if it’s windy, expect some noise in the night - ear plugs will solve the issue! Otherwise, great experience :) the space is cool, trendy and great place to chill out. We enjoyed cocktails, sunshine, card games, chilling out and spending quality time!

United KingdomThere was no lock on our door which was a bit concerning, though there is a safe in the room. There could’ve been more activities to engage with during the day time.
The bed was really cosy and the tent was really comfortable. Staff got us extra blankets for the cooler nights which was really appreciated. The yoga class was a highlight!!

PortugalDifficult to get in touch/get feedback to questions before arrival. No response, just automatic info… Just stayed for one night so upon arrival they could have informed us about the facilities, the basics for us to know what we could benefit from the place since we had few time there and that didn’t happen. We choose the best accommodations so at least I would expect a guarantee that all was working but no hot water, no phone, no internet in the rooms so to inform about the problem we had to leave the accommodation. Problem was solved later but opportunity to have a good bath before dinner was lost and weather was not good for a cold bath… No air conditioning so cannot imagine how it is in really hot days of the desert… For the price paid, and for one night only, does not worth the value for the money.
Environment, camping mode but luxe and comfy.

Perfect oasis away from the chaos of the city and it was relaxing and quiet. Facilities, resturant and food were all excellent. Amine FOH was very welcoming and sorted an error I made with booking seamleessly. He also offered us a free upgrade which was much appreciated.

GibraltarOur main concern is that one of the members of our group has a severe peanut allergy, the staff were informed multiple times however even though the menu stated “nut free” on the items we ordered, they were brought out with nuts in them or around the plate as garnish. This was highly concerning as the location of the hotel is secluded and no where near a hospital so extra precaution is needed. The staff were informed of this complaint on our departure and will hopefully take this more seriously in the future. Our tent did not have a lock or safe, which meant we had to carry our belongings around. The toilet in the rooms are portable toilets.
A lot of activities, peaceful location, lovely views and staff. This trip is a great glamping experience.

United KingdomTwo points of feedback: 1) The table tennis and badminton set felt neglected. The only table tennis ball in the area was dented and there were no shuttle cocks. Would suggest a box is kept nearby with equipment stocked, checked daily and items replaced when required or for the equipment to be kept at reception and guest encouraged to collect. 2) Towels on sunbeds: The facility kindly provides towels in a basket around the pool for guest to use on the sunbeds. As there is no obvious basket for used towels, guest leave the towels on the sunbeds when they have left but this leaves ambigiuty for other guests as to whether the sunbed is available.
The breakfasts felt very authentic and were a good portion size. We generally only required a late breakfast and dinner. The activities including Yoga, Tea and bread making were great fun!

RomaniaWe had the pleasure of staying at caravane for three nighy, and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that exceeded our expectations. We spent our days chilling by the pool, which was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is good for a two ore three nights pop up to escape the city. The desert weather was surprisingly pleasant, much better than we expected. The service and hospitality of the staff were top-notch, (thanks Amine), making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort.

RomaniaWe stayed at Caravan by Our Habitas for one night and overall had a great experience. The location is absolutely gorgeous, right in the Agafay desert, with stunning views and a very minimalist yet beautiful and clean design throughout the camp. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food — every meal was fresh, flavorful and exceeded our expectations. We also took part in the pottery workshop, which was super fun and interactive, and the buggy ride was definitely a highlight — our guide made sure we had an amazing time! That said, there were a few details that didn’t quite match the premium price (we paid around €430 for one night). • The room was quite basic in terms of amenities — just soap and shampoo provided, no mosquito net or repellent, which is a bit of a problem given how many mosquitoes are around at night. • There was no hairdryer, the fridge wasn’t working, and it would have been nice to have a few thoughtful extras — even a basic SPF 50 would’ve been appreciated, especially in the desert. Despite these small issues, we truly enjoyed our stay — the ambiance, the setting, the experiences made it memorable. With a bit more attention to in-room details, it could be absolutely perfect.

RomaniaLocation is great on the edge of the dessert. While we understood comfort in the dessert is different- we were lacking some of the basic things like possibility to have a shower. The night we arrived was quite windy and tent window wrongly place at top or our bed- we could feel wind all night long. It is an experience but it you care much about your sleep and comfort maybe just come for a dinner or skip windy, cold days/ nights :)

United KingdomThe food was delicious and most of it grown on the on-site farm and garden. We had an amazing guided walk with Lahcen across the Agafay desert to a Berber village for tea. He was incredibly knowledgable about the local plants, animals and traditional culture and made the day really special.

AustraliaOut in the stony desert of Morocco...what a stunning place to stay. We wanted to be close to the airport for departure the next day. The glamping tents are spacious and fabulous, with very comfy beds. The restaurant was wonderful for all meals, bar facilities were amazing, particularly as we were there in Ramadan. Loved the extra activities they offered such as yoga and breadmaking, and much more.
