Check-in took long. We booked an hour before arriving at the hotel, and apparently, it was (almost) full, thus it took a while to find a suitable room for our family. We were glad we were helped though.

We stayed for a night when our flight got cancelled, arrived late and left after breakfast, thus haven't tried a swimming pool or other facilities. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a family room where we fit with our 3 kids instead of using our online reservation of 2 rooms, which was almost double price too (luckily it was possible to cancel it). The breakfast had plenty of choice and was tasty. The pool looked nice through the window, the kids would have liked to try small slides, but unfortunately, we had no time.

Needs updating with some rooms and the big reception also Is outdated. Reception seating needs to be upgraded. Some of the rooms need some more upto date decor. Hot water wasn't available when needed, not sure as A power cut occurred which stops all water facilities. The restaurant food was not upto standard and needs some serious changes. Coffee was not good at all. The pool isn't big enough for the capacity of the number of customers. There should have made better parking for both sides of the hotel as it has Two entrances. Air conditioning needs some serious upgrades.

More for the single or group traveller. Staff friendly and helpful. The younger age difference helps When it comes to customer needs. Restaurant was spacious with good seating. Animation for the kids.

The hotel itself needs renovation, also it's a bit confusing because we booked with Club Paradisio however, we could use the pool, the bar and all other areas in the other hotel which is connected to Club Paradisio, it's like one building, breakfast was also at the other hotel restaurant. The other hotel looks after better. We didn't like that the staff insisted on leading us to the room, like we cannot read the numbers saying it's very confusing, but the real reason is that the guy who showed us the way wanted tips and would not leave the room (pretend something doing or showing) until you tip him.

The location is good because it's only 12 min to Marakesh Medina, few restaurants and the shopping mall nearby. Two adults and two kids swimming pools, enough sun beds. We got a big room with a living room area and the view to the swimming pool which was nice. You could order drinks and food at the pool (you need to pay separately). We wanted to relax for a couple days by the pool and it was a great hotel for a short stop.

The internet is very weak there were moment you can’t get connection so it was impossible to work. The cleaning service could do better. Hard to find this location even for the taxi driver as there is no sign that shows you came to the right place .

The greatest asset of this hotel is the personnel! They are super friendly, helpful and nice.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly in the room, only had reception in the balcony. property is old and needs maintenance in some areas. also, same breakfast menu everyday.

Hotel is near main City Madina, and near the the big supermarket like carrefour. Staff was very helpful, specially Mr. Norridine, who was the in charge at Reception, he was very helpful and cooperative.

Water pressure and hot water in the room showers could be improved, and stable Wifi was not always available, and not at all in the rooms. For non all-inclusive guests it would be great to have the option to charge drinks/food to the room and pay the bill at the end with the credit card (I think we would have bought more had we not been limited with the cash we had to carry around).

The rooms are large and comfortable with both AC and mini fridges available. The pools are both amazing and offer both a lively or peaceful option depending on your mood. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff very attentive. The staff in general was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us when we had questions or requests. When we were looking for something we didn’t just get pointed to the right direction, but instead led exactly to where we needed to go, which was much appreciated and speaks to how they treat guests. The evening entertainment was also great, with great live guitar music and singing being a highlight.

The wifi, it was really poor in the rooms and at times even around the pool area. You had to go to the lobby for it. Also, not many restaurants around the hotel to eat. Had to get a taxi and find places which I guess was a good thing. Explored more I guess.

Loved the pool. The entertainment was good, even though we didn't really understand the morrocan songs.

There were No WIFI during our stay, we had to charge our phones to get connected.

The food was not to bad. The place is nice and clean. But the only thing that everyone was complaining about is the WIFI.
